i'm super sian -.-
don't really feel like blogging now..
HAIS! letting out a sigh of frustration.

anyway, today had asthetics right..
i thought we'd be starting a new module, cos it's term 2 right? like doing art or music and dance or something. totally forgot we were still having cooking!
so of course i didn't bring my apron, cloth, containersss blahh..
and then, what happened?!
KENA SCOLDING.
told ms c (names shall not be revealed although some of u might know who i'm talking about) that i forgot that today had asthetics, and that i thought today was a new module; i was telling the truth, i swear i really did.
she said: that is a very lame excuse. you all don't go and tell me all your excuses. that is not a valid excuse.
and then, of course i indignantly argued back, because what i was saying was the truth, and i was very bu fu qi that she said what i was saying was a lame excuse, when it is NOT, even if it appears so.
yours truly remarked: no, but i really forgot, i thought today was a new module.. -.- (i dun care if it sounds stupid but it is the truth lor.. so irritated when ppl doubt me.)
ms c: that is a very lame excuse, i told u guys last wk that we will be cooking curry the previous lesson.. unless u weren't here? u still dare to argue back? (she obviously thought i was lying and was trying to prove my invalid - and made-up point.)

i really hate it when ppl accuse me and when they think that i am lying. i hate it! can't stand it!
i knew arguing with her was no point, as she is as blind as a bat and will never see her problem, or in this case, the fact that my account of the story might have some truth in it. so just keep quiet lor. teachers will never admit their mistakes.
teachers always LOVE to assume, they think what they think are always right, and will thus blame and scold the student without thinking whether the student could be telling the truth. teachers never ever even BOTHER to try to understand, or even listen to what the students have to say, they just force their way through insisting they are right, probably because they are scared that they might end up realising they were wrong. (not only in this particular case, but in all cases.)
i'm happy when i see these kind of teachers appearing as hapless weaklings, in front of their bosses when they are but lowly little subordinates. these teachers somehow tend to be the ones who love to torture their students, or are unreasonable and arrogant. they are suck-ups to their superiors, and look extremely pathetic and humiliated, until the extent that i feel sorry for them. actually i don't, i just find them pathetic.
pls note: i'm not being mean or anything, and i'm not saying this applies to all teachers. i'm just saying that some particular teachers are like that, in which this case ms c is not really like that, but she was quite unreasonable just now. do u notice that the teachers who are nice and actually respect the students don't tend to look as pathetic when beside their superiors?

oh ya getting out of that topic, we cooked curry chicken and roti jala today. actually huey fang did most of the curry chicken. ok, so she practically did the whole curry chicken. i did the roti jala! the roti jala is really easy to do, first, u seive 100g of flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl, then crack an egg inside and stir it with a balloon beater. next, u prepare some yellow colouring water and pour it in bit by bit as you continue stirring. then when it becomes a yellow liquidy mixture, you take the 5 hole cup thing (dunno what it's called) and pour it randomly into the frying pan and make it have a lot of holes (not the completely filled pancake style), but make sure you brush some oil briefly onto the pan first! put it on the fire, and wait for it to curl up and dry up (when it is a solid instead of liquidy). the pan is non-stick, so it makes it all the easier to remove from the surface of the pan! next, fold it into half, and then another half. tada! done! just shove it onto a clean, white plate and start on the other one. i made 10 roti jalas just now, huey fang made one. hehehe. i made 2 very crispy ones, but by the time i took it home it became soggy already, i wonder how huey fang's is? well, the other groups' ones looked quite professional (namely aarthi's?) while mine looked kind of a pancake. but it was still quite professionally done, and huey fang even told me i can be a professional roti jala frier, and gen said my one looks very nice! :D i don't mind being one, but i might get bored after a few days, knowing how my attention span is like. it was so cute and fluffy and soft and fun to make! hahaha. but had a bit of a time constraint, but i could still do it relatively fast la. (:

what bothered me was the stupid indian woman who works at the kitchen, (not mentioning any names again!) i had to pay 50 cents to borrow an old RGS frilly white granny apron, that was ok cos a few others borrowed and i didn't get arrowed at. zz. then when i needed to buy containers ( i told u i didn't bring my whole asthetics stuff already, cos i didn't even know there would be cooking today), she said 1 container costs 50 cents, even want to raise the price to 60 cents, and i needed to buy two. so i took out my dollar coin ready to pay her but just casually remarked: downstairs sell cheaper. like 30 cents only. then she burst out complaining in a very irritated scoldy -naggy tone: here is here, downstairs is different. dun complain to me okay. the teacher has to drive all the way to buy, still got the petrol fee, the blah and the blah and the shit. u want or not? ah? ah? you dun say.. and a whole lot of stuff. she scolds the kind where u just okokok just shut up and i'll admit that i'm wrong, even though i don't think i'm wrong. just stop nagging. so i handed her the one buck and said a few okays. and she finally shut up. she scolded me another time today too, because i was told to take out the large pot for the curry, so i obviously went to take the largest pot, and even scrubbed it very clean, then she saw and scolded me why i take that pot, that is the wrong pot, and went on and on, on her nags which are not but gentle nags. even go complain to ms c some more. then she was like, aiya these students arh..
i was damn pissed and said retarded ass! almost loud enough for them to hear. hope they didn't hear though. i just kena scolded that time for the apron excuse, already paid 50 cents, then barely 5 minutes later got scolding again. some more this time was entirely not my fault. ppl ask me to take the big pot, so i take the big pot, still scold me cos i didn't take the smaller pot (which we didn't use in the end)! grr. retarded asses man. i couldn't swallow this down la, muahahaha flaming them here! no names are used, so can't say i'm disrespectful or anything, i could very well be making this up from my imagination! :D hehehe.

gtg get ready for tuition later so thats about it.
