hello!
we had our chinese paper today. shuo ming wen, that was.
anyway briefly studied yesterday.
i wrote 3 and 2/3 pages! so long right! i kept crapping all the way la, with my simple language. haha. it was ok la, we were given quite a lot of time (:D!)
yup. i was really scared for history, as i only started studying yesterday afternoon.
so went for a quick bite, ate a garlic roll then rushed back up to class to study.
was studying like siao la trying to remember all the points.
then it was time for the exam!
i wasn't very sure how to do the first question so just tried crapping some stuff.
then for the second question just wrote down the points i studied.
haha.
i think i can pass, but everybody said it was very hard!
i guess they have too high expectations.
if i have some clue what to write (like not completely clueless) then can already!

after the exam, i went with sher meen to go down to collect her notes that fell out before the exam.
so absurd right! hahaha i found it hilarious cos it's like, who's history notes will fall out of the building and drop on the floor?
then went to anderson there to call.
then walked home.
i suddenly thought i could watch qiang jian when i went home, then became very happy(:
so came home, ate fried rice and now i'm multi-tasking blogging cum watching teevee.

oh ya yay! tomorrow is a public holiday! :D
all the better to study for friday's lit exam.

i've to go for math tuition later!
at 2.30.
oh well.
not a single person is online! XD

ok gonna concentrate watching tv now!

anyway, i spent the rest of today slacking and relaxing.

my mum suggested eating breakfast out but i dun feel like. my sis doesn't either.
i'm feeling lazy.
anyway, we had a jap dinner tonight!
made our own sushis and handrolls and salmon sashimi whatever u call it.
ehh, we had shishamo too!
basically slacked for the rest of the day haha.
it's only 9 oclock now, but gosh- i'm feeling very tired!
i was practically dozing off during math tuition just now..
it was the sian-est tuition can ..!
haha. i hate math.
i hate physics. boooooring!
i hate philo. uncomprehendable.
i hate chinese. when it gets too hard, if not its okay actually lah.
i hate history, when i have to cram everything in my mind.
i hate geog, when i've not a single idea what the teacher is talking abt!!
that's about it.

but i don't think i will get it.

i hope MYA quickly passes and with flying colours, in both senses la if u get what i mean, then i'll be stress free and do all the fun things!
haha isn't it ironic, whenever it's during the exam period one will always think of all the many good, fun things he/she can do once the exam is over, and barely after it's over he/she will feel there's nothing extra special or anything, it's back to ordinary life.
it happens for me!
i hope i can complete all my goals.
those that i had a sudden urge to write down halfway studying for history.
haha.

for the first time in ages, i slept before 11 pm last night! (10.55 pm)
and for the first time in ages too, i reached school at 6.45 am today!
*yay congratulate me* :D
zomg early or what?!?!!!

haha that was pretty random.
ok i'm going to blog about the typical day in school.
well, started off with lessons, as usual.
no, before that, i must talk about the awe-inspiring experience i had coming early to school today!
it was dark, and there were not many ppl in class.
so cool!
it didn't feel like school (probably because i hardly ever experience school in this light)
it felt good, cos it wasn't rushed like normal school mornings..
yeah.
then did math ws, realised i didn't do geog FA and asked about how to do the maths ws.
obviously, i didn't noe much about graphs.
yeah.
about 7.10 am went to the pavilion to look for shona for the receipt...... (also the reason why i was here so early today)
yay.
i like being early.
maybe i shall try being early more often next time. (:

btw, in case you are wondering, this isn't the first time i'm early!

ok. then had morning assembly. airiel the sec 1 SL said she was wasn't feeling high today, because it wasn't her birthday like yesterday!
then sarah the PIT said happy birthday, trying to make her feel more energetic. it didn't work. had morning assembly as usual, then walked back to class and stuff.
sian stuff la.
tried to rush off the math ws before lessons started.
then, had lessons as usual.
not so much time to blog the details now la.
yup. then after school had RS.
went to meet our teacher mentor in the science lab then she said we could go so we went to the hall to watch the fashion cluster's runway show.
it was pretty good, liked some of the dresses they were vv nice!~

anyway, the wait to enter the hall was a SUUUUUPER long time okay.
we waited half the time, half the time was spent watching the show.
sher meen was so impatient that after waiting about 15 minutes she went off saying she's not going to wait anymore.
then barely 5 minutes later we could go in already.
!!!!
see, what a little patience can do.
and we enjoyed the show!
it was very pro.
some of the models (sec 4 fashion cluster girls) were super ano.
haha.
ahh! their dresses were so nice! some of them were quite simple la so not as special, but there were one or two which were quite elaborate. anyway, if they sewed them theirselves they are quite nice la. (:
anyway, went home after that.
ate this ham and cheese pancake thing (mi jian kueh) which was quite nice.

yup really really SERIOUSLY need to chiong history now!

hello! i'm back at home!
finally!
from a long day at school haha.

anyway, the first part of school totally sucked.
we were sitting at our exam format, and it was so super boring, with geog, chinese and maths.
sucky la!
luckily time passed by fairly quickly.
i felt so bored and cooped up.
stuck in the stuffy class with no ventilation at the place i'm sitting at.
haha.
well recess cheered me up lots! :D
finally got to go out and walk about and talk to ppl!

haha yeah.
i love recess man! totally cheers me up.
had a bit of laughter and stuff.
yup!

anyway after recess the lessons were in the middle, as in they were not as bad as the first 3 blocks but recess was still better and i was dozing off during lit. practically.
went through lit FA.
i'm really worried for my lit exam. cos we are supposed to memorise some quotes for the book and i'd take ages to finish reading the whale rider. (again)
then during english, ms cheong gave us a free block to study.
at first we wanted to watch the muppets in space but the projector wasn't working.. -.-
lousy! haha.
but it was all right, cos i got to read some of the thick stack of history notes i have.
history is on wednesday and i'm really worried!
i need to chiong like siao tomorrow.
actually i shouldn't even be blogging now :P

yup.
then after school went to the pavilion to mount our photos!
i miss my photos, cos they were so nice and big and glossy!
they won't return them to us, that's why.
oh well! i'm fairly proud of them (:
spent over an hour mounting them man.
then i forgot to print out the entry form, so had to go to the library; i had the itention of printing out there.
but alas, there were no computers available!
so i went back down and called my mum to ask her to print it for me and send to school.
then the server for the website was down -.-
luckily nina (my senior) had sent it to us through email so i went back home to quickly print it out and returned to school, in time for submission.
woahhhh! :D

yeah. then after i finally submitted the photos, went to united square and i managed to buy some things i've been wanting to buy for quite some time.
bought two notebooks, a mesh bag, eraser refil, iced passion tea (not counted la), and a lip balm. hmmmmm. did i buy anything else? no, dun think so.

yup. i like going out and walking about, it's better than being stuck with four walls at home.
i hate holidays when u only can stay at home and dun go out.
it's so boring!
however, during the busy school term i sometimes wish i have one or two days off to finish the countless no. of things i have to do.
haha.

anyway, that's all lah, cos i really need to bathe/ watch tv/ try to mug now! :D

i miss all the old nickelodeon shows.
they remind me of my pri school days.
they 'r all so nice, interesting and nostalgic.
they can cheer u up. (:
tv shows are getting lousier nowadays.
i dun find as much addiction in watching tv now.
not that i've grown up thus the depleting interest;
it's the quality of the shows.
ugh.
i hate ~~all~~ most of the shows now.
they are so stale.
ugly, doesn't relate to me, boring topics.

are they really that out of ideas?
if they really are, just repeat them then!
it's better than what they're giving us now.

why is the quality of everything deproving?

it's like that for everything, nickelodeon cartoons, tvb drama serials, i just can't find the x-factor that pulls me to watch it anymore.
not only that, maybe other aspects of the world, maybe.. my life?
you might very well think i'm retarded by now (with all the cartoon craze and stuff) but as i said,

Anyway, i'm eating my lunch now, which happens to be linguine from THE CAFE CARTEL.
my whole family (excluding me) just came back, from wherever they went; spectacle fixing, meeting, blah shopping for stuff?
i stayed at home to study remember! :D (not a very successful attempt, but i DID attempt, right.. better than usual XD)

anyway, they bought a whole bunch of stuff, including a uSqueeze! (as mentioned in my previous post, the SC carnival one).
hahahh, they used my hundred dollar voucher!
apparently they bought it cos it was quite comfortable!
yay i can massage my legs when they're tired from now on! :D :D :D (which is quite often)
they also bought an iCheck 500, for checking blood pressure and stuff.
yay! i can monitor my health and keep healthy.
haha this is getting a bit lame.
i dun care! too high to care now! XD

also bought some stuff from watsons, breadtalk and my lunch. i have ribs to eat too!
they bought a peel-off masque for me from watsons.
the girl on the cover looks funny, with the masque, cucumber, and LEAVES?! all over her face.
but oh well. i shall use it!
oh, and it also says "anti stress"
i wonder what's the meaning behind it, huh. XD
they must know i'm feeling very stressed, with the exams and all, thus bought that to relieve some of my stress!

I spent $48 on printing 8 8R photos for SYPA!

so extravagent, just for entering a competition that i most likely won't win anything.
haha, it's so ridiculous.

anyway, i, or rather my parents, had to pay $48 just to get the photos by today, cos i need to submit it in by tuesday, so i need it now. and the people at the shop said that if can collect on tuesday after 5pm, then it will cost $18. but cannot, so now it costs $48!
chao expensive or whatttt! XD

haha. anyway i'm going to use 6 out of the 8 photos printed too. because i couldn't decide which one to use so i printed extra and see which one looks better, then i'll choose that one. haha! ;)

let's talk about today.
started the day off with MORNING ASSEMBLY, as usual.
then went back class and it was eng MYA!
everyone was quite nervous.
i didn't even do the summary practice that i was planning to do last night, cos i spent 3 hours doing the cover page of my art diary, until 12+ am!
uh yeah.
then it was alright lah.
everyone said it was very hard. i found it okay, except for a few questions and the summary. i hope i get some of the points right!

well yeah then we had recess. it was a rushed one, because the exam took up time of our recess block so the teacher gave us some time to go eat. then went for art..
yup.
quite boring today lah.
yeah.
then went for lunch!

then after eating went up to grab my tie for assembly.
OM performed for us today.
and the RGS symphonic band too.
they were quite good.
yah.
then had lit and geog CES.
couldn't concentrate at all in geog! didn't noe what she talked about the whole lesson until now!
haha. yeah then very boring lah came home.

today was a boring day at school.
had lessons.
then geog could eat in class.
cos we had geog during lunch block.
haha.
yeah. then i had runny nose the whole time - ugh!
i kept having runny nose non-stop.
used like 4 packets of tissue..

aiya. then yeah, pretty boring lah.
after school ended we had to stay back for the international science competition.
yeah.
it was quite ok la (:
but didn't have time at the last part so i shaded the 2nd and 3rd last questions randomly without even reading.
but other than that the timing was ok, yeah.

just came back from tuition!

i officially love all things Korean!
they have high quality, thoughtful design and they enhance your beauty!
korean stuff are great, maybe even better or as good as Japanese!
to me, i prefer Korean stuff but jap stuff are very cute also and there are less Korean stuff for sale in the market.

SCGS carnival

SC carnival was a blast!
I so love sc man! :D
anywayy, here goes:
ate fried kway tiao for b'fast and then went off to sc. met lois at the g.o and then we went around the stalls to walk. couldn't find lois at first lor, then my phone had run out of battery also so i was super pissed and scared at the same time.
couldn't find Yu Xian! sorry i didn't buy tickets from you! i went outside the dance studio around 10.20 but didn't see you!

yeah. so me and lois went around to walk.. bought apple jelly slushie, rice crispies (sweet one) from aerin's stall, waffles (2CO) and subway cookie from shen-nen.
haha. we walked around the courtyard and a bit at the secondary school block's hall. yup.
basically walked, saw ppl we recognised, chatted and played games/ ate.

we ate food, quite nice but a bit too junkie, and played games. i only had 1 ticket so i ended up buying 6 more. plus i spent some cash so i spent $70 + in total! we went up to the hall at 2PE's stall and played some game where you had to hit the lights, played DDR (it was such an embarrassment cos the 2PE peeps we so good at it and we sucked terribly at it) and had a try at the osim place (we rode the uSurf and uRobotic) $3 for 5 minutes. then if u accumalated 4 chops (by visiting a few of their booths) you would have a try at the lucky dip and stand a chance to win $100 osim vouchers.. yeah then i went. got a voucher (quite easy cos there were 500 to be won) so will get $100 off if i choose to buy a uSqueeze. dunno if i'll buy one though. haha.

bought a lot of stuff too. i bought a sc carn shirt, a pencilcase, a pouch, wrapping paper, an old sc oversized shirt from 1999, a clay thing, bookmarks and scented and non-scented tealights. i brought my camera so we camwhored too!
my new shoes gave me blisters.

yup can't really remember every single detail, that's about it larh. we went to shen-nen's house after the carnival ended. it was quite fun but shen-nen had to do her hw and i didn't stay for a long time as she had tuition and i needed to go home for dinner. was starving just now. just ate my dinner and gao peng man zuo is playing in the back ground now. my qiang jian didn't manage to record so i am trying to record the repeat episode on monday, now.

it was that Friday night, when shining silver stars dotted the night blue sky.

hey! just came back from busy bees haha. really cheered me up! :D

i'm so excited! sc carnival tomorrow lol.

it is time for me to relax and get ready, so i'm not going to blog much and going to do those stuff instead! :D

hii! just came back from hyperring in school and eating my vanilla ice cream waffle! :D
wheeee! so happy luhh.
i was feeling high just now after school just ended. bouncing up and down the classroom.
well, 207 got in for nature wk!
so we're parading through the hall during assembly tomorrow!
haha. i'm beginning to love 207! :D

anyway, i'm gonna get bz with lit pt and art sketchbook..
yeahhhh.
we continued a bit of a podcast today, and we're almost finished - except for the adding music part.
haha. feeling happy. after school went to waffle town to get a waffle. i know i'm always eating fattening stuff la.
i have no abs, just stomach flabs!
school is fun sometimes.
wheeee! i'm so pleased with my new clothes and all i bot the other day. haha. yeah. that time when i went shopping!

well, not much to post about la. just that MYAs are coming and we've been skipping a lot of lessons! got back physics SPA today, i got average.. about the same mark as everyone else got.
anyway, i'd better do my work now, since today don't have CCA cos of the MYAs! :D

i'm not going to stop blogging just yet(:

anyway, just now in the car on the way back, the song guo du shi qi kept staying in my head. haha. and the thing is i don't even noe who sang it! i will if i check..

hello!
anyway, today had NAPFA.
NAPFA rocks, because i got a GOLD!! :D 21 points.
sucks, because it was a lot of pressure to ensure i got a gold and it was quite strenuous. (you know my physical fitness :P)
so, i think i'll just be posting about PFT today, because i need to rush e lit pt! oh man!
ok, so.
here's my timing and points for the different events..
2.4 km run: 15:24 seconds, B, 4 points.
sit and reach: 39cm, C, 3 points. (it was 35 cm, a D initially but i retested and ended up with a C. thank god!!)
incline pull-ups: 12, C, 3 points.
shuttle run: 11:6 seconds, B, 4 points.
sit ups: 27, B, 4 points.
standing broad jump: 161cm, C, 3 points.

omg i was so happy when i jumped 161cm for the first try, i didn't expect i would jump so far. the teacher asked me if i wanted to try again but i said dun need. cos i thought it was a B. ended up it was a C. -.- but i don't care, cos in any case it's still 21 points! and its a gold! :D

yay. so it totals up to 21 points, just nice. (: like last year. haha. i'm so happy i managed to get gold again, but this year was the hardest. the teachers were more strict and i guess i grew fatter/ less energetic/ more unfit???

yay! i'm happy at times like these when something not very fun that you have to do once in a year finally is over, and it won't be till another year u have to do it again! (:

anyway, after PFT i went to PS to eat crepe. haha i can't take much hardship and once i have a little hardship i have to reward myself to not feel unjustified to myself.

then went home and bathed. felt so much better after that; fresher and cleaner. (:

oh ya, i just saw fireworks from my house! it was really really pretty, many different shapes and colours, one of the prettiest fireworks i ever saw! i even managed to capture some on my SLR just in time, but they are not very sharp and of course, not as pretty as the real thing, because my hands kept shaking cos of the extremely slow shutter speed (night scene).

hey.. i'm writing a short post today.
okay. so we didn't have to go to school today! spent the whole morning eating breakfast and watching tv and slacking.
then went to toa payoh stadium again.. to support the netballers. B div won this time while C div lost. all because of CHIJ toa payoh! they keep winning all the matches. they are playing against singapore sports school now.

anywaeee, today was very boring. even more so than thursday..
me and chen yan played bingo and doodle..

haha. my mum bought this sakura yogurt thing which cost $5.20 each from breadtalk. it smells of playdough and tastes funny. she even bought 4 of them, cos she didn't noe it was so ex! apparently she thought it was around 2 bucks. it dosen't even taste like yogurt, it is some spongey bouncy cream thing. waste of money..

anyway. i really need to do hw i didn't even do a single bit last night. dun feel like getting started though.. haha. i'm in a bad mood now feeling tired and grouchy.

oh well ok i reaaaally got to get started on my hw!

hey! went for lit pt thing today.
parents fetched me to AMK MRT station where i met sher meen and chen yan.
i walked the wrong way at first and couldn't find it, then they called me while i just figured hw to walk to the control station.
yay! then i found them!!
we lingered around AMK hub for a while; most of the shops were closed though.

went to buy pancakes from mr bean. sher meen bought cheese and i bought chocolate. i was eating and walking and halfway, i choked on the pancake. i didn't cough much or anything, but my throat was irritated by the bit of pancaked i choked on. then i was in a bad mood for a while due to the pancake being stuck somewhere in the wrong pipe up my throat.

then i couldn't stand it anymore, quickly hurried to toastbox to buy a bottle of mineral water to wash it down.. seemed to help a bit but the problem was not solved yet.. we went to the bus interchange there and waited for the bus to come. then when it came we boarded the bus and i felt something up my nose. had this extemely strong suspicsion that could it be.. the mr bean pancake thing? and i was not wrong! i blew the thing out of my nose.. hahaha i was laughing like siao. i ate on the bus, forgetting that eating is not allowed on the bus.. whoops. then chen yan reminded me so i stopped. then after a while i subconsciouly started eating again :P

i had to keep asking the bus uncle where was forest hills condominum.. because we wanted to get off near there. then he told me to ask him 5 minutes later, then sm and cy asked me to ask again, then this time he said 3 minutes..
we finally found the place and walked to kay yi's house.
slacked and then dressd in our costumes (i didn't need to because i came in my costume, which is a white tunic with a white skirt) and put on make-up.
my hair was tied up into 2 pony tails.. haha. and sher meen's brows were super funny and hilarious! but she looked cool and weird in it.. the feeling it gave me was inexplicable.
we took pictures and that's pretty much what we did for the day. we also ate cakes and stuff.
then i experimented make-up on sher meen's face.
her purple eye shadow matched purple tank top perfectly! ~
haha.
camwhored more but not that much.
played spin the bottle truth or dare then after that left at 11.30.

then we went back to AMK hub by bus and ate lunch there.
went to the food court to eat. we all had xo sauce minced meat noodles or whatever the name was. the not hot one.
we actually spent quite a long time waiting for a vacant table cos the place was packed with many people.
after lunch went to mini toons to see a bit, but didn't buy anything.
then sher meen bought some food and needed to go home already. cy also wanted to do her homework.
i was like super sian la, cos i didn't feel like going home. and do my homework as well!
anyway, we went to the MRT and i took the train to orchard.

haha, i went shopping! Mum came to meet me and we went to buy stuff. bought a tunic/ dress, white shorts (i've been wanting them for a long time already), a t-shirt, flats and a handphone strap thing and some other stuff. i know i should be doing my homework, which i have yet done as once i returned home i basically slacked and ate dinner and watched tv, but i really didn't feel like going home :P i'm going to try to rush some off now! :D

my 28th post-already!

anyway, as you all know, today was ORA. hehe. and so, i'm going to talk about that.

woke up as early as usual as we had to reach there at seven thirty as my sis had the walk-a-jog thing, and i had angklung duty at eight. RI is so super huge, so i didn't really know where to go at first. i found the canteen eventually and decided the stall should be there, and after a bit of scouting i finally located the angklung stall tucked away at the part of the canteen further behind.

found angklung seniors/ teacher IC and kind of set-up the stall deco. when the pizzas came a while later, we also went to collect them and set up the things. we had paper plates, tongs, the pizzas sorted according to their flavours and all. two whole boxes were sold quite fast, (as in they bought the entire box), and individual slices were also grabbed very fast. the pizzas sold damn well man! :D
I served the pizzas on the plates and sometimes collected the money and there were many ppl who bought one after another, such good business delighted me. we ordered 12 boxes initially, each box containing 8 slices and each slice costing $2. customers would get the pick of their choice; hawaiian, beef pepperoni or cheesy sausage. all our pizzas sold very fast, hawaiian being the most popular. then we ordered another 6 boxes and that sold fast too, so we ordered another 6 boxes again and that sold also. angklung rules! :D

then jolynn and edith came very late. they got lost and went to rj at first, lol. then we had to carry the signboard around to promote our stall, that didn't require much promotion as ppl were buying already, and i don't think the promotion helped as well.

so yeah.. then after i was done with my angklung shift (i was very hardworking and stayed very long okay), i went around taking photos for photog duty..

i have a lot of photos and feel like putting them up here, but i'm not sure if there's a rule that dosen't allow photos to be shown before they are uploaded somewhere?? i dunno what i'm saying, too.

i was so idiot today, i forgot to bring my whole pouch with my handphone and wallet. sucks right? in the end i borrowed money.. must remember to pay them back!
i bought a lot of stuff today, mostly foods..
bought pizza, green apple green tea bubble tea, PB's choco cupcake, cheese fries, chocolate fondue stick.. that's about it. maybe i bought 1 or 2 other things that i forgot what they were. oh and i also got free nachos and lapis sagu (the colourful layered malay kueh).

yup. it was quite slack lahhhh. it started to rain one time and the wind blew our postcards all over the place..
basically sat at the stall with nina and louise and tried selling our postcards.. response not as good as pizza's but there were ppl who bought la. i managed to take the PB dunking photos! it's damn funny..
dun noe if i can put it here if we're going to use them though, so not putting in case (:
ehhhh. not much to write about also larh. went home by mrt and bus. had to borrow money again. lol..

i went home and was bored, so i decided to play with make-up! cleansed my face, then put moisturiser, foundation, drew my eyebrows, put eye shadow and eyeliner, as well as blusher and lip gloss. it was quite fun and satisfying as this time it worked out quite nicely, unlike last time when i experimented myself during angklung performances and looked FUGLY. haha. proud of myself! i took a damn long time to do it haha. like about, 2 hours? yeah, took my time to slowly do and draw.
i also took some photos since i had put in so much effort into it; it would be so wasted if i spent so long doing it and just rub it off right after that.
but then, i'm super unphotogenic so the photos looked uglier than how i looked in real life. and most of the photos were very ugly lor. (so i deleted them all ugly ones).

i'm not putting the photos here cos it's kind of embarrassinggggg!

and then at 5 something, my dad came back and told us we were going to mandai to pay respects to our ancestors (qing ming jie again). grr. i was like. ?! never tell me earlier..
well, i completely didn't have the mood to go but it is very important to pay respects to your ancestors so i just went in the end. we go every year.
i removed my make up and took quite long to get ready.. then we set off.
when we reached that place i was moaning and groaning and acting like a spoilt kid. well, i was reluctant to go in the first place and i dun like all the smoke and stuff that irritates my eyes. it is all the way in mandai and i certainly don't really like going there, similar to how i felt the past few years. eventually we got it over and done with after paying respects and burning the paper money stuff. actually i was quite well-behaved and tried to not be so complainy as possible, of course with the exception of an occasional lament; can't really blame me for not LOVING tomb sweeping festival, can you?

after we finished praying and burning the offerings, we went to eat dinner somewhere nearby. i dun like those little bits 'o ashes flying at you and inadvertently getting stuck to your hair/ clothes, btw. anyway, we wanted to have yong tau foo but they kind of closed for the day and had no food left so we went a few stalls away to eat at this place that served chinese dishes. and guess who i saw on the way there? Mrs Deborah Tan, our ex-principal! she was with a man, her husband presumably, and they were just walking and eventually walked out of my sight. haha, i was quite excited, not because i idolise her or anything, it's just queer seeing your ex-principal walking on the streets of a not very bustling place, one night. anyway, we ate and ordered pai gu wang, tou fu guo, duck wings and egg, french beans with hey bee hiam and rice. and drinks too.
da-baoed prata from the prata place to eat at home. the prata was oozing with oil and was not as fresh by the time i ate it at home. intended to be chocolate thin prata, ended up chocolate oil prata.

i've gotta go catch some sleep now, it's 12:09 AM and i've gotta wake up early again tomorrow. going to ke's house to do our lit pt. still need to prepare the things.

this morning we spent the whole SA block in the hall watching this international friendship day performance by foreign students in our school. it was alright, but i was wondering why there seems to be so many international friendship days in a year? i thought there was one recently, or maybe it's something similar and i got them mixed up.
had recess, bought roti john! it was just ok, nothing very special. i didn't like that it was not warm and the peppers they added.
dun like peppes, ginger, fleshy onions, vinegar (black), chili that is very hot.
i like eggs (egg white not egg yolk, i like hard boiled black eggs (like soya sauce eggs), sunny side ups, fried egg mixed with stuff like prawns/ char siew/ oysters..)
dun like scrambled eggs, some kinds of omelettes, and hard boiled egg that is plain and hard boiled egg yolks.

lol. i'm being so random! i have nothing to say. nothing interesting. haha.
wellwellwell. i forgot to take my whole pink file (the thin one) and the RS proposal form to school today!
i almost got murdered..
but in the end, i didn't!
because i called my maid during recess and asked her to bring it to me, but in the end, i don't know why, my dad drove to the foyer to pass it to me instead.
so everything was ok! sun after the rain.. haha.

then, yeah, during asthetics we made cupcakes and sheperd's pie. the sheperd's pie is quite tasty (we put extra marinate i think :P), but a little too salty and after i ate it i got a slightest bit of a stomach ache. i always say food that involves raw meat that we cook in school is not safe.

anyway, i like the lessons today. very slack. haha. and i missed maths so didn't have to pass up the ws that i didn't do! :D missed maths today cos we went to support rg netball semifinals. got back my quiz on set theory and i failed. sucks la, have to spend CES on maths tomorrow. haha. i got 8/18, which is suprisingly quite good, because i guessed how to do most of the qns.

anyway. so we went to support the netballers. for SSA actually haha. me, jolynn, edith and geena ponned angklung today to go! haha. so cool! after english was lunch then we went to eat then after that went to the foyer already! missed chinese and maths. i thought we would leave at the end of chinese block, but no, we could leave after lunch so i was super happy cos i love missing lessons.

ordered lunch during recess so i collected my lunch (meat and tofu with rice from cooked food stall) and sat with chen yan and she ordered too. my lunch was so unappetizing. ate a bit dun feel like eating. tell u why, cos the whole thing was kept in a styrofoam box then got condensation and all.. the meat became tasteless. the food was still warm, but the rice and tofu was also not very nice somehow. tried a bit of cy's nasi lemak. it is so nice all right! haha. i'm going to buy it next time. (:

sry i need to digress a bit! tomorrow we are cooking AGAIN! yay! high high high high high. i was suuuuuuper high and hyper just now la! HAHAHAHAHAHA. lalalalala! dun believe me ask chen yan! srsly super high just now hah! like the highest ever. :D
ok, back to the topic of digression, we are baking cupcakes tomorrow! yay! i love baking so fun. we are using cheese as our filling, i hope it turns out ok. the whole class is bringing different fillings then we are baking our cupcakes and sharing them later! and see who's tastes the best(:

i've been loving english songs lately. dunno why. i love them! i used to love english songs and dun like chinese songs, then i liked chinese songs more, now i'm loving english songs! i still like chinese, of course. just feel like listening to english.

ok, finally back to the topic. netball SSA! so, after lunch we went to the go to get chen yan a plaster. then after that we went foyer to wait for the teachers to tell us that we can go. yup. i now have ONE activity! :D
yeah. then the PITs collected our cards and they were signed eventually. yup. we boarded the bus.. sat with chen yan. huiqun and gen sat opposite us; hui qun pointed out i'm always sitting opposite her like in kukup. guess what me and cy did? we shared our zi lian photos from our h.ps! haha. it was very funny! we i show u one u show me one. haha. i was super hyper in the foyer and continued hyperring in the bus, and there was even one point when i was so high that we kept laughing and laughing v. v. loudly damn high laaaa!
i laughed cos of one photo very funny haha then cy also laughed so we laughed and laughed.

well. we reached the stadium and watched them netballers playy. Raffles C div won but chij toa payoh won by a few points for B div. good job anyway, netballers! we were given these flags, some were red some yellow, that said we are the champions! and victory!!!! by the stadium. then we thought we could keep them so we were discussing about what we could do with them. in the end we had to return them back -.-

then i was being lame using the flag to perform magic tricks. haha yeah pretty much that. then we could go home so i waited for mum to come then went home. first thing i did when i got home was to cut my fingernails! because sarah the PIT told me to cut them. or else tomorrow kena booking :P they are so short now..

this post of today's events are super topsy-turvy, cos i keep digressing and getting everything jumbled up. haha. ok. during ICT me and sher continued recording our podcast.
it was fun haha getting quite good and progressive! i like the excerpt parts.

NAPFA/ PFT part 1:

today we had our 2.4 km run! omgggg! i ran and ran not stopping for a single moment even when i felt i couldn't run anymore. i got..

*drumroll*

a B! haha. my timing was 15 min 24 sec. okok la. around the same as last year. or maybe improved by, a few seconds? haha.
anyway, it was super tiring okayy! approaching the 5th round, i felt i needed to stop, being overcome with fatigue. but guess what! i didn't! chen yan suddenly chionged and i told myself i couldn't lag behind so i just ran and ran.. quite slowly i think. and 1 got 15:24. i dun really care la, i was aiming for a B in the first place(:

our 5 items are on next tuesday everyone jia you!

anyway, after the run i was burning and felt a bit faint and stuff but ppl said it's normal so whatever i cooled down after a (long) while.

then called mum to pick me up but before that i went to the canteen as i was desperately in need of water. so i bought the ice-cold ice mountain and drank it happily. then i wanted chocolate milk cos it quenches my thirst so i bought that too, together with yogurt. went home and picked up Tasty biscuit sticks and ritz cheese crackers (the mini type) and ate in the car. i ate the cheese biscuits first and was so freaking full that i couldn't eat much of the Tasty.
i noe it's quite a lot and i sound like a pig but i just ran 2.4 ok.

then after that we went to United Square, and went to Challenger, where i bought my prettypinkearphones and a computer headset (inclusive mike). yay i love my new earphones the whole thing is PINK and the sound quality is good too.

ok nid to eat dinner now so i nid to go and eat not much else ta post abt too anyway. (:

Hello again, my lovely readers!(:

I finally have a CCA tee! woots! FINALLY, like after how long! it is the PHOTOG tee!
yay, its like a polo tee and black and it has our PS logo at the front and the word PHOTOGRAPHER at the back. i like it, so cool! :D and even better, i'm going to wear it on ORA this saturday as i have duty.
for those of you who are coming to RI this sat for ORA, do drop by Angklung's pizza booth OR get some beautiful postcards at the teacher's SL booth, they're helping photog sell our postcards. haha i'll be at the angklung stall larh, you might see me but i don't know my time slot yet.

oh ya, we had RS today! we finally got to meet our teacher mentor too! we're doing chemistry for rs, the one abt fizzy drinks. well we have to submit this proposal thing that is quite troublesome.. meant for some sponsors to fund our project. later will even have to present our exhibit of stuff like that. dunno lahzz.

got back history marks today. i got a 3.2 gpa, not bad huh! actually everybody did quite well for this paper and unlike smarties, 3.2 is already one of by best so yeah. haha (:

not much happened today luhh. well i'll elaborate more on today's photog session. we shared photos and comment on them in our different cells. next, we also went to see some really, and i mean REALLY good websites where all the photos are brill and super nice and artistic and stuff. omg so envious!! (: haha..

i like those studio shots with good lighting stuffs; where the colour is so vibrant! and also those where you shine light by the side and take some models or something where the photo turns yellowish or greenish. hehe(: i have a thing for artistic things and art! it's so fun! i've been drawing more than usual recently, haha. i think my hand has become steadier (compared to pri school). that's normal, i guess. a process of growing up.

NYWAY. i didn't get to run today. cos it was raining!!! shit lar. i want to run and time my self! or else i don't know how fast to run tomorrow! and yay i'm bring my asics running shoes to run 2.4 tomorrow(:

that's all. a medium long post. i shouldn't be blogging so much, but my goal is to post everyday, so i can remember what my life was like now, in the future.

oh and i'm feeling inspired to whip out my SLR and start taking photos. cos i need to practice and take good photos! i really need to. haha. ok, i'm off to do my hw now (maybe later). i must remember to watch the repeat of yesterday's 8 oclock show later! i must also complete my to-do list and sleep early tonight.

for those of you who have gone to youtube to watch the video, you must be thinking, not nice! right? before you even think, you should have seen it on my camera! it was damn nice okay! it has a nice effect and everything, just that stupid youtube likes to lower the quality so everything is blur and ugly. not my fault! :D

anyway..

let's talk about today!
today, being monday, we had normal lessons blah blah blah. i found out we had to hand in history FA today! hahaha. OMG i didn't know before that.. haha. i found out during the first block, so during the 2nd block which was geog, i was doing it and not paying attention at all. and i could think up of all kinds of crap and did it within the block! yay i like today's geog extra slack can dun pay attention. we got back our geog SAs today. i got a so-so mark. not very bad not very gd either. haha i'm fine with it, my expectations not that high, you see.

yup then blah blah blah so boring can't even be bothered to think. (i'm very tired now also and having a runny nose so not in the bestest mood.) need to go to sleep SOOOOON!

HAHAH! going crazy here already la..

after school had to stay back for ak. today was the most sian-nest day can, i was totally bored during the whole of angklung! we had to play in the foyer today. the atmostphere was dark and dull and extremely hot. how to play well you tell me. -.- zzzzz. feeling very zz now.

after angklung ended, me, jolynn and edith went to run around the school track. we wore our pinafores to run cos jolynn didn't bring PE attire but me and edith had but also v lazy to change la. haha. we ran slowly and kind of jogged and i could run 3 rounds not feeling very tired at all! so happy! :D oh yes, must still improve on timing. we were kind of leisurely running. it was a gd run! after running we drank water and went to the toilet. our faces were all red from running. then we sat on the track and camwhored. yay! i like staring at the sky. it gives you a feeling of belonging and peacefullness and simple happiness(:

Batu Pahat trip

Sunday

As mentioned in my earlier post, i went to Batu Pahat today!
It was tons of fun, especially with my lovely cousins around! :D

Here's how the day went:

Woke up at 7.40 by my sis first, then my dad, then mum. all came to pull me out and up, as my uncle auntie and cousins were coming to fetch us in the big big estima (is that how to spell?) that can seat seven ppl, even eight if we managed to sqz!

Ate fried bee hoon for breakfst.

my sis and dad made 10 whole sandwiches! (20 slices 'a bread o.O)

yeah. then got changed, grabbed my Roxy slingbag and went to meet auntie grace + uncle victor + shen-nen + jay-sen. yeah~~ the journey begins!

we chit-chatted, played cards and hangman. blah blah blah. random stuff that you'd do in a car on a tripp. haha yup. my parents bought a lot of snacks (a bit too much) so i opened a pack of cheezels and lays bbq potato chips and we pigged out! :D there were those moments when we felt so bored occasionally. i regretted not bringing my origami book so we could fold origami; i did consider that before but decided not to bring later on.

we drove for miles and miles and wound up at the toilet..

anyway, the toilet place where we always stop at has been renovated and now it even has an ice-cream place and a food court and even a shopping mall? the toilet was flooded (only a little bit) but i guess its the kind of water the aunties use to clean the floor? i hope. (:
yup. met aunties and cousins at the food court. didn't get anything to eat of course, never trust the hygeine standards in malaysia. (was that a fly i saw hovering near the food stalls?)

yep. we set off again, this time all the way to the place where we pay respect to our ancestors.
continued chatting/ doing random stuff hahaha.

took a freaking long time to upload too!

so at a point in time we finally arrived, and got down to offer joss sticks and stuff. we also applied insect repellent to prevent getting bitten by mosquitoes. the smoke around the area irritated my eyes a lot, my eyes became very painful and a slight itchiness i also met with. i couldn't stand the smoke and joss stick-particlesness on my fingers, so we went back to the car enjoying the nice shade. (:

i'm very afraid of the joss stick ash part dropping on my hand so i was getting ppl to help me plant it into the containers every time we offered joss sticks. paiseh..

to cut a long story short, we basically went around to the different areas to pray and give offerings, such as food and drink.
dun need elaboration ok, i'm a bit lazy to do that.

anyway, after that we washed our hands with flower water and went to enjoy enjoy! :D yups. we went to a restaurant to have lunch. it is a chinese restaurant where we went to last year too, and the food is quite nice and there's air-con and stuff. we chatted and camwhored a bit while waiting for the food. our whole clan who came occupied three tables, one table being able to hold 10 people. i took another video, this one of our table and some ppl talking and some stoning and some not even realising i was taking a video of them! hehe. i'm not going to put it up here though..

our food came and we gobbled it up happily. maybe i'm exaggerating a tad too much. anyway the food was quite nice. we had cod fish, tofu, beans, sweet and sour pork, noodles, rice, yam ring, and maybe a few more dishes which i can't remember. we were served sweet chrysenthemum (how do you spell it?) tea which was nice and refreshing and had on-ni dessert (sweet yam paste) too boot. the oni was different from the ones we eat usally, it was sticky like a chewy ball and contained some bits of sweet potato and was topped with sesame seeds, gingko nuts and covered with a blanket of clear syrup, which was kind of gooey too.

shen-nen and aerin were doing the soulja boy dance and singing tokyo drift so now i've got the song stuck in my head. haha.

we first went to this shop that sold cute decorative stuff!
what i bought:
-patterned wristguards (4 of them, 1.50RM each)
-cute sky blue with clouds and rainbows hot air balloon lantern, sn and aer have 1 each too! (9.90 RM)
-strawberry shortcake starpaper (1.50 RM)
-DIY curtain - crown-shaped(: (5.90 RM)
-super nice pink magnetic photo frame cum calendar thing, it has little magnetic frames where you can put your neoprints inside, making your faces enclosed in the cute frame! (19.90 RM)
-matching red and pink storage boxes, they are super cute. both the red and pink are really nice! i bought the red, aerin bought the pink and i love both equally as much. the red is cute and lively while the pink is sweet and pretty! SO NICE SO NICE SO NICE. (: (6.50 RM)

you very free can calculate how much i spent.. very lazy.

(grr. i am so pissed listing out all the items, i already wrote so much just now and it somehow got deleted cos of stupid Youtube.. zz)

then we moved on the the shop next to it. OMG THAT SHOP IS FREAKKIN' NICE TOO! :D :D :D they sell clutches and cute little pouches and most importantly they are sooooo cheap compared to singapore's prices.
i went crazy inside there :P, or at least that is what i was told. i so loooove that shop, the things are so nice and cheap and nice.
i bought..
-a silver and black polka-dotted pouch, a three layered metallic red and white polka dotted strapped pouch, toe seperator (for when u do pedicures), false eyelashes for fun and a pair of black, diamante studded hoop earrings.
and i spent 47.50 RM there.. ok right? since its RM, and RM prices are worth less now or something..

then it was getting a little late (5 plus) so we briefly looked at the other shops and went to this quaint little place that is something like a hk cha can ting, and ordered food and drinks. i was still full so just ordered a drink. ordered the same as aerin, a blackcurrant ice-blended yogurt smoothie. aerin made a star for me and shen-nen and my sister each in the cafe. so sweet of her, yes? (: we decided that we should get going as all of us had school/ work the next day, so we kind of set off. but i wanted to buy this CJ7 handphone pouch i saw in the first shop just now, so we quickly went there first before going. i changed my mind and bought a teddy bear to put in my hot air balloon's little basket hanging down, as i didn't have one at home and the shop's display looked very nice with a little bear peering at the world inquisitively from inside the balloon.

ok, then off we went back to the carpark and drove back to nice little safe singapore. we chatted in the car and aerin made her paper stars. we played would you rather? and it was super fun i tell you. laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh hahaha. i started first, asking a rather mild would you rather eat a zebra or touch dog's poo with your bare hands? shen-nen popped up,"eat a zebra." my sis said touch dog's poo with bare hands. aerin was like, "wait, a raw zebra or a cooked zebra?" and i burst out laughing. in the end, me and aerin decided we would rather touch dogs poo with our bare hands. then it was the other's turns to ask their questions. there were some sick questions like would you rather eat your toe or would you rather do something else equally disgusting, i can't remember. hahaha it was really fun though. then there was one that went, would you rather get stuck on a tree on for a week while it rains continuosly(i got the idea from the rain pouring outside at the moment), or would you rather sleep in mud with worms and a whole bunch of other creepie crawlies for a whole night.
so, what would YOU choose?

there was another about an indian man and sweaty armpits. eww gross!

haha. anyway, we did stuff and i had a bad headache and felt car sick. also asked my mum if we could go to shen-nen's house to eat porridge for dinner and she agreed! our agreement was that we had to go home after dinner cos have school tomorrow. then after that we got to singapore customs and opened the window and i kept burping and felt much better. hehe. yay! so we went back to shen-nen's house and the sofa was so nice and comfy! ~~ wheee! so nice. we ate porridge which was nice cos its light and qing dan, nice after all the junk and ate lana chocolate cake for desert. then after that went home and i was super tired, so i didn't bother to do my homework and just bathed and slept.

Hello!
i am soooooooooooooooooo hungry now. starving starving! i smell nice food coming from the kitchen right beside me.

anyway, i love my spanking new nike school shoes! just bought them today. it looks so clean and pure and white and feels so sturdy and niiice! i love my new grey and pink nike racertote too! love them both! bought it today. wanted an adidas jacket but it was too big and it was men's apparel hhaha. i like it though, its like nice and baggy. (:
haha, i love my new shoes so much i can't bear to wear them to school.. dun wan to get them dirty. i guess i'll just have to wear them, or else why would i have bought them in the first place?!

hahaha, yeah that's all. today's supposed to be mugging day, because tomorrow we're going malaysia for qing ming jie to visit our ancestors, but i've not completed a single bit of work yet. i better better better better do some work later. got so much hw. here's a brief summary of today's events:
woke up, ate breakfast while watching tv.
went out with parents and sis to eat lunch at wah lok restaurant.
went to buy sis's white shoes for guides (Bata), but before we went there we got distracted by this shop selling sports stuff with stuff from various brands, like adidas, nike, new balance, puma, asics, etc.
we proceeded in and that's where i bought my new school shoes and bag!
my old shoes are almost a year and a half old, but they are grey and dirty (i think i purposely tried to make them look old-ish last time) and the plastic thing juts out looking kind of spoilt. they are comfy and i still love you and will keep you, old shoes.
i don't know why i tried to make them look seasoned and stuff last year, now i find my nice new white shoes so clean and pretty!
after that we went to people's park centre to buy a tassel i wanted to buy.
and then we went to another part of chinatown next, to this shop called bee's brand, and bought some mushrooms and barley drink and herbs and stuff.
then we went back home!
i bathed and stuff. and now i'm blogging.
see? haven't done any hw yet and i seriously seriously need to do some!
so, i'm off to dinner now and doing my hw after that (but i really really want to watch gao peng man zuo! :P).

Sports Fest

hihihi!! haven't been blogging for a few days.. too busy! sry! was busy with physics pt, philo FA and other crap. heheh..

anyway, today

RGS SPORTS FEST 2008! sports fest rockedd! (:

yupyup. could wake up later than normal today! HAPPYhappy(: somemore i slept at 11 plus last night, so i felt more energetic this morning! (compared the previous day when i slept at almost 3 am and had to wake up at 6plus) yay! erm so. went to the toa payoh stadium.

left home at 11.40 and reached the area there quite fast, but just outside the stadium there was a massive traffic jam and tt took up a lot of time.. so i got down the car and walked. much faster.

yup! reached there and saw TONS of sc girls. i saw the cute little primary school kids (dun recall being so small then (:) and some sec school girls whom i knew. said hi to some of them (:

yeah. then went inside. found jiayuan quite fast. then i was like are u a helper and she went ya are u back so we went together :D yipee. the waddle helpers were mostly 108 ppl(:

at first we had to wait under the sun and jy was complaining, complaining, complaining..

so 小姐 la she. even more than me..

oh ya u know how screwed blogger is? i waited for nearly half an hour before ie loaded the blogger home page -.-

oh yeah. back to sports fest, we waited then were told to go here go there then i was super thirsty so went to buy h2o. haha then nadra, insyirah and rafhanah were influenced by me they also went to buy. we went under this shaded canopy to sit and wait for sports fest to officially start. i wanted to buy snacks so bought potato chips and shared with the other helpers. then the running started and the teachers, together with us, also helped out by timing the RUNNERS.

the gun shot always startles me. my heart will always jump when the gun is fired.

yeah. then it was quite fun actually. we you shuo you xiao quite happy.

read a bit of jy's the whale rider cos i was bored and we need to read it.

then yeah, it was quite fun and easy.

and then after the running stuff finished, we went back to the waddle spectator stand to watch the rest of the sports fest day.

we chatted with some 108 ppl and blablabla.

and i tried putting my leg up on the wall jutting out part. i was stretching, you see. cos i saw a waddle cheerleader stretching. then huey fang and hui qun also tried stretching. hee hee.

yeah, then tiffany and co. (pun intended) were taking photos of ppl staring out of the railing, looking emo. but they were not emo la. haha then it was quite fun.

tiffany has a really big iPod! like 3800+ songs. haha. a lot right.

oh ya i saw huey fang eating chocolate wafer ice cream so i wanted one too. so she went with me to the ice cream van outside the stadium to buy. i ended up buying a yam sandwich. purple ice cream wrapped in pink and green bread. haha. then dunno why when i came back eating it everyone was like woah. haha. we also got free milo, i drank two cups of it.

then we watched the cheerleaders.

blah blah blah went home.

then on com.

then then then blogger took so long to load so i posted a bit then had to go for tuition.

before tuition went spizza to eat. the pizza was very nice! egg with bacon and cheese and tomato and stuff.

it is the thin kind of pizza, wood-oven baked, and tastes fantastic!

yeah. then went for tuition. busy bees larh. i didn't bring my jacket today so it was very cold. everyone was very tired and unattentive today. feeling tired now.. i was bored and restless and a little tired just now. hais. sigh-y feeling again. lol. got quite a lot of hw and going batu on sunday. at least i dun have cca tomorrow.

i will try to feel happy now.
