hi all!

i baked brownies today.
only after going for the quite pathetic and useless photog exco meeting though.. haha at least i got forced to wake up early so i have more time to do stuff in the day! :D

making and baking brownies are a piece of cake!

it's super simple, especially with trusted Betty Crocker's brownie cake mix! XD

what you will need:

- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs

- measuring cup
- wooden spoon
- mixing bowl

and of course, the brownie mix.

in chronological order..

brownie mix powder, smells real good! :D


with eggs, vegetable oil and water..

a bit wasted but i couldn't get everything into the pan. and i am NOT going to lick it, it has raw eggs. ;D

now i've put it into the oven to bake.. for about 40 minutes or so.

i'm going to wait another 15 minutes and take it out..
then i'll take more pictures and upload them :D

ok i am bored now.. (waiting as patiently as i can) i shall talk to jia yuan on msn.. ;))

why is everyone doing geog PT? man, they ARE making me worried. :P
heh. well i'm going to do mine later..
after baking and slacking a bit :P

YEAHHHHH. i have made up my mind TO DO GEOG PT. LIKE LATER. REALLAEH RELLEAH DO IT.. haha i'm being my slightly crazy self.. like when i sometimes am.
it's called an epiphany! as in what i do when i suddenly realise something..
act a bit.. crazy, in your definition.
nvm i am not making sense -.-

hmm. 3 more minutes! :D

time passes real quickly.

i'm feeling so hungry now.. only ate half a ba zhang for breakfast cos i didn't have appetite just now.
i can't wait to eat my brownie.. (:
my oven is a better place for camwhoring rather than taking the cake being baked inside, because it is reflective and has a sheen of foil-like thing, so mostly can see your own reflection and can't see the cake inside. well, almost.

time to check on the cake! :D

it looks better in real life than in the photos la,
but are you getting hungry? (:

as you can see, the edges are a bit burnt.

oh my i am so hungry now. i will try them and tell you the result later okay. or in school or something. i think i will be bringing some to school tomorrow, if they are nice. (:



RESULTS:

very good!!
very SWEET, CHEWY and FUDGY.
i love the chewiness personally.
sinfully heavenly with haagen daz vanilla ice-cream. (highly recommended), it's the best ever!!

i am so pleased with myself! (:

however, it is yet another thing breaking my diet. AGAIN! (i ate toblerone last night)
