hey all..
i went for the SYPA judging today. not a single mops was there! all pangseh! -.-
pfffft.
oh anyways i went a bit late at about 10 maybe.. it was supposed to be from 9-3 but it was sort of crappy somewhow.
at first i entered the crystal room 1 and it was all dark and there were quite little ppl, less than i had expected. then some ppl turned their heads to look at me and almost all the seats were taken up so i just stood around.
i tried looking for anyone i knew but there weren't any.
haha so i was like damn why isn't anyone here?
zz. why didn't anyone go..

anyway the screening went on; there were 5 judges and some guys displayed the photos under the light along a panel. then i didn't know what in the world the judges were doing cos they just pressed the bell to say next. i didn't know how to read the scoreboard or how they were awarding marks haha. (:

sigh.. i'm feeling very sian now.
saturday afternoons suck.

back to sypa.. i met a girl from republic polytechnic, she is 20 and also in her school's photographic society.
she came a little later than me and we talked a bit and sat next to each other when one of the dudes brought us chairs.

the photos kept being exhibited, one set after another...............
some of them were quite good, they had many details and stuff, unlike mine which was very simple. simplicity is the key okay! i still like my photos even though they are not that spectacular..
ok i'm lacking coherency while posting now, i forgot all the things i wanted to write n i'm basically crapping.
zz i'm pissed with myself.

anyways i'm not going to elaborate a lot haha.
we didn't even get to see our photos, it's either because they were screened before we arrived or that they weren't screened at all! i wish i could see my photos..
the screening was rather useless, other than the fact that we could see other photographer's pieces of works.. i don't know how they can take such photos..

mala is at the VJC Canon Expose now.. (just now)
hope she's having fun there or learning something useful! the thing i went for wasn't very on the other hand.

quite disappointed la couldn't see..
after they screened the photos there was a "break" so i went down with her to eat ya kun.
ordered kaya toast with butter and an ice lemon tea.
i was really full by the time i bit into the fourth slice of toast!
haha..
then we went up but not before going to the washroom.

i saw the final round photos being displayed and ppl crowding around taking a look.
and it turned out that that was all the photos displayed; i thought there would be a second round of screening after the break!
OH WELL. that means i wouldn't see my photos. ):
since there was nothing much to do, we decided to leave.. she was going to VJC while i waited at the basement.

oh yeah also met a malay boy and girl from springfield sec, just randomly chatted to them a little. then we left.. very bo liao actually, left at 12 something instead of 3 because there was nothing much left to do.

i'm not going for physics tuition today, don't feel like going.
maybeeeeee i'll finish up the last lesson (:D) another day.
it is seriously sian can in the teacher's house the only cute thing are her kids who are very funny and cute and quite nice.
they like to do girly stuff like i did when i was young (:

haha i decided to take so 1st, i could blog about it and 2nd, since i had my camera with me.

the crystal room is somewhere in the second level, up the staircase there in a corner (see the first photo?)

yupyup i am bored now i wonder what one could possibly do on a mundane, boring, saturday afternoon. i am unable to shop/ go out with friends/ play a sport game or do anything fun!
the only thing i can do is read a book which will seriously make me fall asleep after reading a few pages..
or watch tv which is kinda sian.
or go on the com which is kinda sian.

sigh. why is my life so meaningless.

oh yeah my bdae's in exactly 3 weeks time! :D
