Happy Teachers' Day!

Wishing all the teachers in the world a very happy teachers day! (:
From now on, I shall try to view all teachers in a more positive light..
even the not so good ones (:

Couldn't get up in the morning.
even my alarm clock didn't help, i continued sleeping like a log.
ohwells.
we were supposed to go to school earlier (for ACES) so when i was called to get up i finally did.
didn't have appetite for anything.. ate a slice of fruit and nut bread.
got dressed, took my bags (paper bags with gifts for the teachers inside!) and went to school.

i wasn't exactly early, and when i was going to the classroom everyone else was going to the field, so i followed and yeah.
put my bags on the track.
and we did the aces-day dance
it was okay but my vision was blocked occasionally..
and omg rofl ____ was making us laugh at his spastic, and effortful attempts.. -.-

after the dance we proceeded to the amphi to watch the Teachers day concert.
our class's allocated position was directly above the stage (so we could see more of the seniors than the performance).

we waited a while before the concert started.
there were many items such as:
-term 3 SL performance
-spice girls house capts performance (damn funny XD)
-some award nominations thing
-teachers' dance
-rock band
-gymnastics which was really cool
and maybe one or two others which i can't remember.

the concert was okay at first then i got a bit bored having to lean over to see properly..
sometime during the teachers' dance Huey Fang and I went over to the other side where the view was much better (:
haha and when the concert ended we went back.

omg! went to give the teachers their presents!
it was some kind of wonderful crazehh.
anw me and sher and cy were going to print our poster..
but i needed to give out my presents right..
so i went with grace to give.
and left my stuff in class.
and they said they'd wait for me in the foyer.
and then eventually they also went to give their gifts i think..

haha.

and why i said it was crazy: it was sooo hard to find the teachers!
me and grace must have frequented the canteen, lockers and J block at least 4-5 times each!
OMG!
and anyway the teachers were really nice when they received our prezzies. (even if they show us black faces sometimes normallyy)
okay anyway, it was to the lockers first.
i had like 10 bunches of flowers with me and i wasn't going to stuff them in their respective lockers.
oh and i wanted to give my nicely wrapped sweets and card to miss debbie tay, so when i saw her standing outside the lockers i was all OMG MISS TAY I was looking for you here's your present! happy teachers' day! (:
and grace and sher also proceeded to pass her their presents.
haha poor her couldn't access her locker cos of all the students squeezing their way there.

then i wanted to give ALL my remaining 10-11 presents away PERSONALLY so went to the canteen w grace to look for the teachers.
then it was complicated lar cuz i was supposed to meet the 2 at the foyer (thought they finished giving out their gifts) but kept bumping into them while trying to find various teachers lol
mm yeah so we went to the canteen, saw quite a no. of teachers,
EATING DURIAN!
it was like some fruit party thing where they had durians and rambutan.

anyway managed to find some teachers and gave stuff to them.
the teachers smiled at us quite happily when we gave them the gifts..
it was like they temporarily forgot their positions and just basked in the mirthful occassion, eating their fruits.
ahaha then anyway we kept running abt to find teachers la..
and i ran until i sweated quite a lot. but not really the icky disgusting kind of sweat.
so we continued on our amazing race.

we gradually found all the teachers we wanted to find :D
i had too many spare flowers so i ended up giving them to random teachers (who taught me before lah) but whom i so-so/ ex-teachers/ teachers i don't exactly like normally.

haha, unexpected.
however, they were nicer than normal, as mentioned above, upon receiving their flowers.
so it wasn't so bad (giving the teachers whom i don't like).
and i finally finished giving out everything and felt a sense of satisfaction; like how one would, after selling all her goods at fund-raising event, for example.
mm yeah but i also gave a part of the flowers to teachers who i like. (:

so after the present-giving, went back to class and to the foyer to meet sher and cy.
found sher and she said cy was looking for photoshop to edit part of our poster.
so i was like ok then subsequently sher went to find her and so i waited for them..
sher bought a purple geberra (is that how i spell it?) for herself. haha!
it looks like hot pink to me.
i supposedly ordered one ($2, later on i regretted it) but in the end i didn't receive my flower nor did i pay the $2. phew cuz i had too many flowers already. and $2 on a flower that wilts within a day is kind of a waste of money.. ((:

and tina; they were going back to sc.
as in, jaclyn and tina.
i wasn't.
last year when i went, the teachers were more preoccupied with their classes and we received less than warm treatment.. well, only from ms koh esp but who cares. she was never very warm even in p6.

oh it was fun though, last year - we spent our time playing with cute p1s from 1G (my class! :D) and we weren't let in by the librarians -.-
and we saw some 6syians and poh lai and ms yeo and some other teachers who were nicer (:
and omgggggggggggg i miss sc so much.

back to school today.
sher and cy came back then we made our way to the bus stop.
on the way we were discussing locations of districts in Singapore and i'm a complete idiot at that.
kk, not like i tour Singapore every day right.
and how am I supposed to know yio chu kang rd and yio chu kang are two different things?

anyway they found it hilarious lah.
we waited friggin' long for 190 to come and it didn't..
we got too bored of waiting and boarded the next 105 that came to far east.
bought stuff from old chang kee (super oily)

ate and went to take MRT to serangoon.
chatted on the way there..
when we reached sher went home to put down her heavy bag. sher made a record of 7 minutes there and back, which is good and expected, as she is always rushing about even if there isn't a reason to.

walked to the highland _______ (whatever it's called) to get our poster printed..
successful!
(sher rmb to collect tmr)

took MRT to hougang mall after that for lunch.
ate at the food court.
had big prawn U-mian noodles; wtv that is.
the prawns were of puny to average size, still call big. i ordered a glass of iced milo too.

was super bloated after the meal and went window shopping.
no details coz i'm starting to feel lazyyy
yeah sher bought bengawan solo and then we just went look about lah but there isn't much to see at hougang mall in my opinion!

kk then yeah.
cy left for homeee and i called my mum to pick me up but she had to take a long time; i asked sher to keep me company and she did. ((:
we walked around (nothing to see) and went into guardian.

mum was taking another 20 minutes after the said half an hour and i didn't want to wait by myself there! and, she didn't know how to get to hougang mall to boot..

decided to take MRT to orchard where she would pick me up from..
sounds a better idea.
so went to the MRT station with sher.
messaged to keep myself occupied and happy on the way back.
ya then went home eventually.

watched the tyra banks show and now i'm blogging.
okok i'm super lazy to list out the details.

i like the pull out cheese thing.. this is a bit diff but it has 3 diff cheeses and sausage hidden in the crust (and which is of super low quality) and stuff.
but my body somehow doesn't like pizza hut pizza and food because i kept burping out the pizza thingo taste later. (the rest of the night)
yeah.
although i was looking forward to it coz all the ingredients seemed to be what i like.
maybe. seemed.

but her hands were steadier than mine this morning.
recently my hands haven't been as steady as usual. must be the lack of sleep.
