Netball Carnival 2008!! :D

today was the best day of the week (happy happy :DDDD), as I've been wishingwishingwishing for a nice/ happy day for the longest time ever.
anyway, i brought my camera and camwhored and stuff it was fun and my camera's battery gets used up super fast, after taking maybe 100 shots (starting with fully charged battery), the battery bar becomes red, indicating low bat.

anyway, went to school in the morning, went to the netball courts.
i was wearing my pe shirt as I hadn't collected my class tee yet.
so after morning assembly, I went up to class to get my tee and change into it..
went down and joined the rest.
then Lingzhi and I went back up again to attach our flag to the pole.
(I was slowly walking behind and she was running up; I think I'm quite unfit, like the other day when i was running after Hui Qun [she runs suuuuper fast] aiya, need to improve on stamina *doubtful look*)

shortly after we went down (and attached the flag to the pole), the matches started.
it was kind of non-stop.

we cheered 207 on, was practically shouting, "Go two seven!/ Go seven, go seven!" throughout the whole netball-playing day. anyway, our players did really well, we didn't lose a single of the thirteen matches, either draw-ed or WON! :D It was amazing and exciting to watch our class play, cheer when we scored a goal, cheer when time was up and we'd won the match, and there would just be a feeling of exhiliration when we scored a goal (esp when it was a veh impt goal) and i would feel like shouting as much and as loudly as possible (but I failed to do so, soft voice -.-)

anyway, the teachers played against the netballers after the sec 2 classes' matches had ended, it was very entertaining.
haha yay :D
i took some videos, bt I don't assume I'll be putting them up because it will take a very long time to upload and most prolly the resolution would become worse.

after the teachers' match, it was time for results to be announced!
it was pretty disappointing that we didn't win any of the small competitions, ie. cheer competition, banner design etc.
however, we won third place overall!
206 won 2nd place and 208 won first.
although we didn't clinch first place, I am still, TRULY, VERY VERY proud of all our wonderful sporty cool great players who did such a wonderful job; each and everyone of you were MARVELLOUS, and I'm so proud of our class for putting in so much effort and excelling (:

whatever place we get is not the most important, the fact tt we know we did do our best and we did put in a lot of effort is in itself extremely gratifying and it makes me feel like we won already.
Plus, we did win 3rd out of thirteen classes so that's really well done.. (:
(i know it sounds uber cliched and blah but that's how i feel)

the prizes were mini rubrics cube keychains.
but there were only 16, so not everyone got them.

i love OSL's grape bubble tea hahaha.
and my teeth/ jaws were aching craaazzyy the whole day especially when i ate, because of those
stupid seperators (which are by now, removed).

today we took measurements for our new costumes!
before that ate lunch with jolynn, edith, charm yap and geena. and we gossiped much! like abt net carn jst now and some other stuff tt i forgot..
haha so fun!! :D

anyway, we didn't really have appetite..
i ate this tuna bun.. already had quite a hard time eating it.
then i was still hungry.
but don't know what i could eat.. so in the end, me, Jolynn and Geena bought Meiji strawberry yogurts. (edith had eaten that while we were eating other stuff)
haha.. :)

at about 2 oclock we went to the needlework room.
the teachers hadn't arrived yet..
so we stood outside and waited with some of the juniors/ seniors.
and since there was nth to do, we decided to..
camwhore!

hahaha.
we wanted to take special shots.
but couldn't really think of what to do.. anyway, we took a shot of all the diff class tees, and jump shots.
the jump shots were spastic.

went into the needlework room.
took our measurements.
me and Jolynn had this biggggg discussion on being fat!
until the whole room knew or was talking abt us saying it.

we were seperated into groups for taking measurements.
most of those skinny ppl were obviously, put into the skinny line.
while I, was put into the medium line! D:
angry!
haha jk.

anwww, clara was put into the medium line too.
and we kept laughing.
okay, i didn't feel so bad, because i wasn't the only one in the medium line.
many sec 3 seniors were there too.
blah. who ask rgs girls to be so skinny.
Girls from other schools aren't as skinny on average loh! D:

haha I find taking measurements quite fun actually!
but my waist is friggin' fat.
I'm so sad.
So many ppl have waists thinner than mine.
but at least i'm not the most fat.
but still D:

Jolynn is super thin but she still says she's fat, and that she's FATTER than ME.
haha bullshit lah! XD

anyway it was damn funny.
we kept pissing Mrs Abbas off with all our talk on us being FATTTT (which i actually am a little bit of), that mrs Abbas said that we were VERY FAT and we two were the only fat ones in the whole ak.. yeah
HAHA anyway it was so funny and ridiculous because how can jolynn be fat? she's soooo skinny haha if she was fat everyone would be obese.

anyway, i was most innocently standing at some part of the room, chatting, when someone (forgot who) pulled me and made me wear the sample of our new costume.. just the silver "jacket" and skirt over my class shirt, pe shorts ensemble.
(oops, i shouldn't be revealing how the costume looks! :P)

anyway, i obliged.
but i didn't expect to be the model for a whole good thirty to forty-five minutes!
after that i still had to change into the full costume ok!
i was reluctant, but don't think anyone would be willing to be the model instead.
so i stood there for a damn long time, with th teachers discussing which part should be altered, the designs and stuff.
major long time lah can! o.o

haha and i was bored.
so i talked a bit.
and then i walked away to talk and take a cookie (yummy! :D)
then i got pulled back.
ahha.

and and, I prefer our old costumes!
I can't bear to return them..
wahhhh ):

I hope the new costume is ok.
it should be okay lah, ppl said a bit like SIA air stewardess?

well.

anyway time in the needlework room was the bomb! haha.
then Jolynn and I took a chocolate chip cookie and some cereal cluster thing before we went for prac :P

it was really yummy! but my stupid teeth ached like crazy, again. :/

k anyway, we had prac after that.
i didn't get a C today!
and the pracs are really very intensive ok!
like how many times a wk.
left so little free days..
haha ahwell. i guess i'll be bored if i don't do anything, so it's okay. just that it'd be quite hard to find dates for appointments/ outings which match with other ppl's timings too.

played this new song romeo and juliet and tandak and quizzas..
lalala.

left slightly early for my dental at 4.45.
i came up with this conclusion:

DENTAL IS FRIGGIN' EX!
a small piece of metal can cost $160 and a pea sized amount of cement can cost $120.
take that and times however many pieces you need to put on your teeth.
plus braces and stuff, all that can add up to around $10 000 in total! :O

okok;
the metal pieces in my mouth are really uncomfortable now.
i feel like puking.
Can't eat hard food like nuts (i don't like them) and chocolate from the fridge and biscuits from now on, for a while. A soft and simple diet recommended for the next few days.

hi everyone.. sry for nt updating.. love you!

Okay, so on friday i forgot what i did after that but i sure didn't go for tuition

Saturday was spent with my nose runny the whole day - heck- oh well.
oh i was working on a drawing, i must continue to be motivated.
had this 10 course dinner at pine gardens with the extended family as it was my extended grand aunt's 80th Birthday Bash.
i really liked the chocolate cake (haha), awfully chocolate is DA BOMBZX!
there was also a huge longevity bun cake and red eggssss..
talk about auspicious :DD

oh today i went to Bedok to go to this forest adventure place, but apparently we didn't go in th end.
well today was emo shit so whatever.

i miss school like &@#$(*! okay.
i LIKE school.
hahaha (:
it's really nice.
and i'm so sad th hols are coming up soon. I GOTTA occupy myself or i'll be a depressed lump of shit at home.
want to go out ask me and i'd most prob come along cos i love PLAY! :D

hello :D

I went for the waddle cheerleading auditions today, it was woahhhhh.
The cheerleaders were very nice, especially the sec 2s who taught us but it was toughhh! The steps were hard to remember so fast (which explains why i kept screwing up) and they were very pro :O

okay nevermind I don't mind not getting in at all - seriously; however i want to exercise more and sweat so i won't feel so disgustingly fat.

today was most boring, we watched the Merchant of Venice in the KS CHEE.
th show was alright bt it was damn stuffy and since it was dark i was falling asleep and forcing myself to wake up again, and that continued throughout the whole show.
then it was Mrs. Shirley Tan's talk..

ate after that and went for the auditions haha thanks lingzhi, hui qun and nico and whoever else! (:
very tired now don't feel like going for tuition tonight (who goes for tuition twice a week after the EOYS please?)

today was ACP.

i'm lazy to talk, so i shall let the pictures do the speaking..

btw i hardly upload any pictures on facebook, so i just found that its photo album thing is super efficient!

I must be sounding superbly sua ku bt ohwell it's really really good! they even let you rotate before uploading and all you have to do is tick the photos you wish to upload. and it's pretty fast too ohmygawddddd.. (:

okayokay, i shall write about it. (despite my earlier comment on being lazy)

came into class and camwhored! :D

hahahahah our class has been camwhoring LOADSSS these few days. haha.

the reception people were short of butter so i called home to get butter and then after waiting i got e butter in a lunchbox and gave it to them.. yay the day was saved because of ME! (haaha jk la)

..Huey fang was really nice to accompany me to the foyer to wait for the butter; and p/s does anyone from reception know where my lunchbox is? didn't get it back :/

We had pretty much done up the class and started rehearsing for the concert programmes. It was slightly messy and most were just doing their own things seperately so i guess it's hard to describe but we started the rehearsal for bollywood item and jive and fashion show and then it was ten thirty and the sec 1s started coming in so that was pretty much it. haha i was really tired after practising for the dances.. jive made me dizzy

i danced jive only once and didn't dance hip hop in the end. I guess it was kind of screwed. ohwell ;))

hmm the programmes were not very organised but we came up with stuff, went to other classes to steal food but i didn't take very much lah.

uh i guess there were times when the class was so full there was no space for people hah (:

according to my CCA senior and junior..

well, the fashion show was quite a success i guess (:

we did it twice.

the first time it was all the sec 1 or threes and teachers watching, the second was the judges and our class.

i was changing back into my school u when gen told me the judges were there so i had to quickly change back.. impromtu (:

anywayy, although we didn't win (i think, results aren't announced yet r theyy), i know we all put in a lot of effort, everyone contributed and made this work together. and so as long as we know we did our best it's alright; I LOVE all of you guys 207!!! :D

hi everybody..
i'mma post a short post today :DDDD

yay, i'm tired of using e com for ages.. k today we started preparing for drama night.. i'm doing costumes&hair/make-up.
yea (:
it was boring though.
went to the D&T to spray paint the stars.. it was damn smelly..!
smelt of toxic D:

hahhaha so we did nth much, oh i helped the props ppl paint a bit too (:
haha and we had this life skills talk in the hall.. the modules sound REALLY fun! :D

after school i went with jolynn and the happiest thing tdy happened!
omg!
we were sooo happy.
and then went down to eat lunch and i had a hearty appetite! =)

omg, I'm growing fat or growing fat.
i'd stuffed myself with pola snack, wang wang rice crackers, some pizza cracker thing and seaweed biscuits (what i used to call it in pri school haha) after a plate of rice with dao guaa and potato. fat or not!
and i'm losing weight very slow nowadays, and gaining it very fast!
i bought so many snacks because it was so boring i was literally falling asleep in the ak room so i needed to eat; and magically, it did help: i felt more energetic as my biscuits were fast diminishing.. sigh but i'll grow fat, not like i could do with any more fats ):

eh seriously, to you i may/ may not look fat but i swear i have fats..

okay, so that was basically today and i won't drain my energy in front of the computer so that's all folks.

CANON PHOTOMARATHON 2008

the reason why i didn't blog yesterday!

omg it was tiring shizzz ok, i woke up at 6 plus to reach City Hall at 7.20, and the whole thing didn't end until around 10 pm!
bt then it was a good experience ((:

hahaha i figured it would be a very tiring post to write about.. so i'm just gonna list out the event briefly until i suddenly find a lot of things to write..

met Trina at the train station.. cos no one else in photog signed up!
anw after we met i realised i had left my consent form and registration form in the car -.-
so i called my dad to ask him to bring it to suntec :P
blah.

uh then my phone was like low bat.
but i still got it in the end.
we went to queue to register, when we did, we got our lanyards, vouchers (for a t-shirt, mineral water as well as a free A4 glossy photo print-out).
so we went to redeem our stuff.
except for the photo lah, that was later at night..

omg the shirt had a really weird cutting!
it was black and red with a really odd collar.
but it was made of very silky material and the red part was dry fit (just a small part).
the guy was measuring ppl's shoulders for their sizes, but when he saw us he was like, "S, S." lol
so we went to change.
my shirt was so long that i almost couldn't see my shorts underneath! :/

haha but it was ok.
trina asked me to roll it up, but it kept slipping down. lol.
we waited for a long time for the guy who was talking all the time to talk.

They took a long time to reveal the first theme, which was Change!
we were like.
:O
UH.
how the hell are we supposed to take change?
haha then everyone made their way out to all over Singapore.
oh ya we took a picture for the record breaking of photographers gathering at the same day thing also. haha.

haha we first went to the mrt around there, i don't know we kept walking through some mall (is it called city link?) anyway i got it confused with raffles city and suntec.
so we kept walking there, and i saw and smelled a lot of nice food! :D
haha.
i bought breadtalk. but we weren't allowed to eat in the mrt.
couldn't find any ideas, thought of taking two contrasting buildings but that idea was rather cliched.

uh so in the end, we had some fun taking trina's shoe against the sticker of a shoe exactly the same colour on the floor.
it was like a guys crimson nike shoe, with a bit of his jeans and trina's jeans and shoe looked exactly the same colour! so it was pretty cool. B)
yea and then there was also (in the MRT) the pen vs pencil, and my SLR on top of this silver digital camera (sticker on mrt).
hahaha it was trina's idea. quite fun. but th train kept moving.. yea
i don't think you get what i'm saying, you have to be there or listen to me explain it with movements lah.
haha i don't know what i'm talking abt..

we went to chinatown, wanted to go to this place with many little shops to see if we could find anything, but we went to the mc donalds to eat ice cream (her) instead.
i ate my breadtalk which i couldn't eat in the mrt after i'd bought it.
haahah.
oh ya!!! did i forget to say that we took the train thrice from one line to another and ended up in the same place in the end again and again for 3 times!
it was such a disaster but it was really funny hahaha.
i didn't know she was so blur! (haha she was blur at the start, but later on, i was blur a few times)

anyway after eating this lady with a charity coin tin came up and asked us to donate.
so trina donated and i asked her to do slow mo so i could take a picture.
and i ended up taking a pretty good picture in the end!
so i used that for my picture for change.

OMG. they showed the slideshow of pictures for change, and SO many ppl took pictures of money (loose change), and old plant/ flower vs a new one, or buildings or something along that idea!
hahah it became so boring after a while.
(why am i finding myself lazy to type out all the details?)
i wish i had this thing which automatically would convert all my memory into words so i could just paste the big chunk here.

After we returned, we downloaded our photos and waited for a damn long time and the person on the stage was spoke and Glenn Ong and Yazmine or however her name is spelt, DJs from class 95 fm, came to hold some games and promote canon.
hah the games were quite lame.
lol.
we waited for some ppl who were stuck in a jam, which delayed our time, before the second theme was anounced.

it was..
dreams!
oh man. like ??!
haha.
anw i was really curious to see what ppl'd come up with.
hah.
so we went to clarke quay this time.
haha.
we wanted to find sir stamford raffles' statue to take.
cos he looks like he's dreaming, looking up at th sky.. lol XD

we went out by some exit at the mrt (oh i was getting tired of walking and walking frm suntec through the shopping mall to the mrt and to wherever we went, again and again: it was a very long dist. to walk..!)
and ended up at central shopping centre.
so we walked to see what was there to eat, decided on subway eventually.
and before that, when we just arrived, we took pics of this dream like candy-coloured shophouses/ buildings across the river. and some japanese idol band which was freaking loud..

YUP.. and then we ate, ate subway melts. bought ice lemon tea.
and oh at chinatown i bought a bag of iced gems (you know the little biscuits with either pink, green, white or yellow icing on top? i'm sure you do!). uh huh and i ate so many of them until i was bloated.
i think they put on a few pounds on me too.
hah.
FATS D: i hate feeling fat (which is what i'm feeling now)
ohhhh, after lunch we went to find raffles.
and we couldn't find him! argh!

anyway it was very hot and i was melting and guess what we went to the mrt station hoping to find the right exit which would lead us to raffles, then we climbed 90 freaking stairs (15 sections) up only to find ourselves back at the same place where the japanese idol band was rawrrr;
it was damn tiring lah those stairs
!!!

okay, so we crossed the road to clarke quay, the place was almost a little wonderland itself!
quite unlike the rest of Singapore..
i hadn't been there for quite a while already, or long enough for myself not to remember how the place looked like.
we walked around the whimsical "town" and tried to take pictures.. if they were in any way related to dreams.
well they were colourful and pretty..
does that count?

i took these little boys playing in the water fountain there too!
used it for the last theme in the end.
yup.
we sat down after trina bought gulp from 7 eleven.
i continued to eat my iced gems and drink the thank goodness cold iced lemon tea from subway.

then i took pics of my iced gems, inside the plastic bag, and they turned out pretty nice..

used that pic in the end.

okay i'm really lazy to blog so much, so well, we went back eventually, downloaded our pics, and then waited again.
this time chinese DJs from 93.3 came to talk instead of the previous english ones.
but they spoke a mix of chinese and english.
played another game again.
haha.

and then theme 3 was revealed: FREEDOM
HAHA.
aiyah, the themes were all so abstract we were like wth while laughing at the same time after we first got to know them.
it was pretty exciting before they were revealed..
think drumroll.. theme 3 is..
Freedom.

there were 1300 plus people there i think.
anyway this time we took mrt to trina's house.
met her dad and mum and dog..
haha then we went to bishan park, but we didn't manage to take any good photos.
afternoon lighting sucks.

hmm yeah..

we went back in the end.
i used the boy photo, trina used her ice cream photo - freedom of flow.

okay so after downloading our photos,
we went to queue for our printing of photos.
the queue didn't move at all, literally!
i thought i'd lost my printing coupon, and really, i was so tired i didn't really care; i just wanted to flop on the chair and stone.

i suddenly remembered i'd put my coupon in my wallet in the morning.
haha so i was like okay, i shall print my photo then; then trina told me to go to the queue beside the one we were queueing at because it looked like it was moving pretty fast, and so i did
finally got my photo printed.
i couldn't decided between the diamond and the iced gems, but decided to print the iced gems in the end. ((:

and it turned out real nice! :D someone complimented it; said it was a nice photo! :D
ppl were staring at my photo, i don't know what they must've been thinking because i was holding the pack of iced gems in my hand as well as the photo (contrast) and i was holding it because of the lack of space - i only brought my camera bag which could barely fit anything else after my wallet, hp and camera were put inside.
sigh.
i must have looked weird but oh well.
anyway, they showed the slideshow of photos for change for the open category from early just now till night! then it was finally done and they were showing th student category! and i was reallly excited haha :)))
so my eyes were glued to the screen, i was waiting to see my photo.
and when i was waiting for my photo to be printed, i saw trina's photo and i was trying to call her but she missed it.
and then finally, I SAW MY PHOTO! :D
it's such a great feeling really, to see your photo being displayed even if everybody else's is, too
ahaha i was super hyper right after that and i jumped up and joined trina as she queued for her photo.
all my tiredness had washed away.

yay ahahahah :D
okay but my photo wasn't that great, bt whatever!

tee hee.
after her strawberry was printed (i love the paper so glossy!) we went to get our certificates.
they were given out according to surname so we went to the L's.
it was really funny because the ppl there were shouting out all the ppl's full names and all of them were lims or other surnames starting with L hahaha well i found it really funny hahahhahahahahah ((:

we got our certificates, then went to sit down (finally!) and wait for the winners to be announced.
as usual, we waited for a long time.
and even longer.
and then the results were announced, it was really exciting!
i liked the winning photo for change!

and the winning school for overall the most participants and good photos the participants had submitted was ACS (I).
haha.
and well, the winners for the diff themes (3 winners per theme for open category and student category respectively, and 3 themes in total) were really lucky they won a lot of stuff and it was worth up to $7000.
there were 2 overall winners who won a trip to new zealand for a photography workshop and all expenses fully paid for seven to eight days.

haha, all in all, it was really tiring, but a good experience.
but i heard OBS is even worse coz it's this x 5 days and 10 times the density!

went home at ten and was really tired.
realised i left my shirt (th one i was wearing before changing into the canon one) in my senior's bag (i tompang-ed with her because mine didn't have space)!

Today

shall be brief:
woke up late, bathed and ate a little bit of fried bee hoon then went to liang court (the new, renovated one) to eat at this chinese restaurant.
we had shabu shabu it was really nice but i think there was too little food we only had scallops and fish for the shabu shabu part but there was nice soup (fish and tomato, half-half, NOT mixed together) and what they called their "secret recipe dip" which cost $3 bucks per plate (they assumed we wanted it so gave it automatically without asking) ahahhaaha.
we also ate fried pancake and what else i can't really remember just that i was quite hungry and there wasn't really a lot of food.
the part i liked best was the tea, the tea leaves were really unique and never seen before they were young and cute and looked like miniature real leaves, not the dried type haha really nice lah.
the tea tasted mild at first, then bitter, then bitter and sweet at the same time and then mild in the end, with each addition/ top up of water..
the guy's teapot had a really long spout like that of the traditional chinese ones haha cool :D

yea then went to robinsons (it was 5 pm by the time we reached! so late!)
and bought some stuff..
oh yea we bought cool jap snacks from the japanese supermarket at liang court.. novel but expensive.

thank you God for the inspiration i got (last night.. uh really made me happy though it seems like pnuts!)

haha okay, since I had brought my camera to school today for duty in the morning, i decided to take the class as well since we were all being very diligent and preparing for ACP and net carn and well, we were having fun and i love 207! :D

i feel we're all putting in a lot of effort this time, everyone's contributing in one way or another and there aren't any people slacking their asses off (inevitably will happen most of the times).
but not this time!

'tis really nice that everyone is doing something, as in it's probably the first time everybody is doing stuff; seriously; sometimes it's very pissing when no one bothers to do anything. even I, who was never really a very enthu with helping for class stuff person also find myself more willing to do stuff this time.. which made me really happy :D
(sorry for the weird grammar i don't know how to phrase it properly :P)

today was basically a slack day, we spent the whole day in class prepping..
yea it was fun lah. i like folding stars! and my folding skills have improved! yay :D
i can make harddd stars..
hee :D

class banner is doing well too..
it just gets better everyday! haha i like!!!
thank god this year's acp etc. is getting much more orgranised!

uh okay so basically i folded stars, had "catwalk lessons" with vera, stacy, lingzhi, wrapped a c.b. star with foil (ahhh there are so many of them! XD) and practised RS.
oh oh (messy sequence of events :)) they were doing e bollywood dance!
so cool they dance really well and it looks so nice haha :D

oh and then it was getting boring in class so lingzhi and I went down to see the playing ppl play netball.
except they weren't playing then and it was sweltering. so we went back up to class.
hah.

even though nowadays in school there's nothing much to do, it's pretty fun.
except i want to go out more!
any suggestions where to go anyone?
and we should have a class outing to somewhere special or a chalet in the hols.. we SHOULDD!

oh ya like sometime earlier in the morning, on the way back to class after the staircase, i was imitating Samantha's runway walk (which is btw spastic and hilarious) and then (:O) it was so embarrassing because when i stopped lingzhi told me mr. mizar was behind us ahhhh so we starting laughing like shit and ran to hide in class.

Hello, I have happy hair! :D

yay i love my hair (finally) after the hair cut and it feels fifty tons lighter now :D

haha okay so today was a pretty long and eventful day, let's start from the beginning - shall we?
HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY:
geog! (paper checking today!)

haha we were in the KS CHEE, waiting for our geography and history papers to be given out, History first.
the teacher (mrs ho) talked about all the stuff we were and weren't supposed to do, eg. ask questions and yada yada and i was too busy freaking out over history cos i supposedly had screwed SBQ..
and then they started giving the question papers back!
And then taking another look, I saw the word geography on the paper.
"Ohhh! It's geography first?"
"See Amanda is soooo blur." commented Nisha, which is probably true of me. Oh well!

anyway i was going mad with waiting for our papers.
but geog was a great start!
(the middle papers weren't that satisfactory thoughhhh)

Considered okay for my standard, but with a high average score in e cohord (meaning I'm like kind of below average, very sadly)

geog was a suprise, omg, i thought for the last question i would get like 2/ 10 and i ended up getting seven! geography paper markers are always quite lenient i think.. :DD
anyway the people around me said i was very happy. haha

History was like, 3.2, however, the class average was prolly 4.0
you get it

Math, like the second time i passed this year!
okay, but the level average was obviously freaking 4.0 esque, so whatever.
and i got lower than what i'd expected
.. as alwayssss.

Plus, if i hadn't minus-ed 2 marks for presentation, i would have gotten 3.6 dammnit.

Science D:
but the average was lowwww.
i don't think anyone bothered to do it properly.
at least those whom i know of.

and Aarthi asked me to post here that we both got 27 (high five) whatever luh my science papers' marks never exceeded thirty oh whateverrr i'm like spilling my shameful grades to you

English did, as always, i was happy lar but i hoped my summary could've been better because seriously i need some good marks.

okok, so my math and science have never managed a good grade since i stepped into RGS, languages are still okay, and humans in the middle. sometimes unpredictable.

i didn't know school would finish so late.
so i was late for my tuition
i stayed for 1 hour and 25 minutes (had stayed for 4 h 35 min previously, so the 25 minutes to make up b'cos my tuition teacher refused to let me stay for a mere hour).

bought stuff from 7 eleven: a gulp and some hottis potato snack thingo as i was damn hungry and I saw Shao Wei there too! lol (;

sighhh, it was a true tumble of emotions, one minute i was high, one minute low.
like really, i hope my math will improve next year.
and my history. it was one of my better subject in mid years but looking at the horrible PT, SA3 and EYA marks, hmm i dunno.
and for geog, well done i guess :) but i'm not taking it next year anymore

i thought i finally started to like lit, it was actually a fun subject but ohwell i alwaysss do SO badly in exams.
at least i won't be taking it anymore, sparing me any further agony; somewhat a comforting thought.

okay back to tuition, i learnt this new thing which i don't know for how long i will be able to remember, then at about six i went off to get my haircut
the hairdresser(s) said i grew taller! :D

hahaha oh during geography paper-checking just now, i was stoning then i suddenly said to Nisha, "Hey I realise a lot of shops sell things for $99 instead of $90 or $100."
cos apparently i'd bought 3 items which cost $99. it's just like the shops' favourtite number or whattt.
quite random lah and all the psychological trickery because $99 is a double digit number whilst $100 is a triple, although it's only $1 difference stuff but why not another number? $99 is SO rrrgh i don't know i find it boring to see ninety nine, ninety nine, ninety nine: all the time.
haha and i was told i was random :D ahhahahhah (:

EAST COAST PARK
went cycling with the photoggers.
we met at mc donalds and rented bikes and cycled around to snap pictures.
and seriously, how do you guys cycle so fast and not get tired, even after a long distance?
so sad luh they were all in front and i was cycling at the back, at first fast but got tired after a while my legs couldn't move wth.

haha anyway we stopped by a few places to take.
haha it was not bad luh.
oh and then after cycling a really LONG way, Mariel and I were so tired we just stopped and decided sitting down and eating was better.
so slacked, took pictures of two little kiddy bikes (one blue one pink, so cute)
among the grassy patch it was quite nice :D

and the flowers there were amazing. hee hee
actually east coast has some things to take also lar.

we were supposed to do this collage thing, using pictures of rainbow colours to form it.. uh i don't think anyone managed to in the end hahah mostly took greens and blues only? or a myriad of colours.

HAH so anyway, when they came back and met us, we cycled to the hawker centre.
(yay!)
i was behind again; they don't get tired meh?
anyway Mariel was on skates the whole time and she goes super fast :O
hawker centre! the food smelled so good, i bought wanton mee and sugarcane juice.
yay i was super hungry and tired, the kind of situation one is in when food tastes best.
i ~~sweated~~ perspired a lot too! (quite, but not the disgusting sort i swear!)

oh kay it was getting late and we were tired (at least me) so we cycled back to the bike rental place after we had finished eatinggg.
and then somehow they went farrrr in front (because i delayed for quite a while for some reason) until i got lost!
kind of.
i was cycling aimlessly hoping i'd quickly reach the bicycle shop while my legs still worked and hoping i did not overshoot the shop.
well, i didn't.
except when i was near there, i got lost.
Fear NOT, for the ingenius invention of the cell phone! (YOUTH AND TECHNOLOGY)
i called Trina telling her I was, lost, and asking her how to get there.
then i saw xiao wei yelling my name and so i said, "oh i see xiao wei already. thanks. bye" and hung up and was glad she was there and so we cycled to the bike shop and went to macs to wait after tt

hehehhhh so my parents and sister came;
we went to this seafood restaurant at east coast.
but i was too full to eat much.
just ate some fried baby squids, crab, clam bee hoon and veggies. that was about all the food there was, actually.
i may sound like a pig but i swear it wasn't that much, i didn't eat so much and i was seriously full from the wanton mee barely an hour ago..

So that was yesterday. It seems too long ago to remember. (my brain's half asleep nw)

anyway today was a really great day for me, it was quite happy even though some of my grades made me unhappy for a while, but at least i managed to pass everything and get good grades for some (even though my overall still sucks) and ahhh just waiting for the papers with people and feeling so happy when you see a good grade (finally) was just kinda great lah.
Hehe, the morning started off well!

okay so i really like today a lot, for some reasons but yay i'm glad it's back to the normal school routine, i really like it best that way. ((((:
