HAH. (hello there, everyone!)
I didn't reach my objective today.

Well, I wanted to write this yesterday but I didn't. (duh)

Did my nails clear at the bottom, gradually leading to a light glittery blue and deep blue with gold flakes at the top. (like those I did the last time, if you still rmb)
DIY is always a friendlier option economic wise; I stuck $1 's worth of nail stickers.
(sidetrack: You know what?!!!! My nets currently has $96 only homg that is like frigginnnn little ): (!!))

Anyway today I will just be talking about random stuff.

What I want real badddd:

i) one - make that two - real special/ unique skirts (RV Island, maybe? Exxxx)
ii) A new wardrobe extension (which I have already been promised, and because my tiny one is already bursting at the seams literally)

To obtain i) I need to reach ii) first (even if not, I would still have to eventually, when I buy new clothes nxt time). To obtain ii) I need to PACK MY ROOM. Which brings me to the topic on room packing and how I've been wanting to pack since two weeks ago but being the procrastinator I am, I haven't gotten down to it.. :/ I guess I would start packing soon, but I just happen to be able to laze an entire day away when I've got nothing to do (ie. go out). Just like today and a few other days.

Okay, a little bite of today: Spent the entire morning doing I have no idea whatttt, I guess I woke up late, ate breakfast while watching the telly, ate lunch, uh, lazed ard?
Then we went to Centre Point to collect our air tic.s and then to Funan Courts in search of a sewing machine originally where I bought one of my Christmas prezzies (exciting! ..) I'm not telling you what it is yet! XD

(We didn't find the sewing machine, FYI)

Okay so that was today. How interesting my life can get. Haha wanted to exercise (!) at first but uhhhhhhhhh we didn't book any courts/ don't really like swimming cos it's troublesome and it will screw my hair/ running at my house is just not convenient.

Okay I've suddenly lost th mood to blog and since there's nth to write abt I shall see you again when my life's more happening. Toodles! :D <33

YOOOOOO HOOOOO!
Yesterday was totally GREAAAAAAAAATTTTTTT.

Haha okay, so I was supposed to meet Shen-nen at her house at 12, but due to some things I came at early one hahahah well then I was greeted by three people wanting to go for lunch when I arrived at the doorstep haha (it was quite a suprise) so we went to Sushi Tei for lunchhh.

Haha lunch was fun! Sushi Tei has niceeee food (:
Shared a sushi fish set thing 6 pieces with Shen-nen as well as softshell crab maki. And I had a California handroll too. You know whattttt I kept dropping the rice part of my sushi you know the kind with rice and a slice of fish on top yea I kept dropping the rice part grrrr but it was kind of funny la.

Haha the boys were very immature but it was funny la hahaha.

Okay so after lunch, we split the bill then went to buy Frolick.
I liked mine :)

Kk so after tt we went to Guardian to buy Jay-sen's brush for braces thing and Shen-nen's wet wipes. LOOLLLLLL wet wipes. And then we walked to Holland Shopping Centre after that somehow and we were like, "Why are we here?" but well. Saw this realllllly cute shop that sells purses and bags from Australia it's really nice haha yupp anddddd we didn't buy. I guess I will wait till I get to Aussie and see if I can bag any good deals there. (:

Then it was kind of boring so we went back home. My shoes started to hurt, but at least there wasn't much of a blister and it was much much much better than my stupid blue flats from PAZZION omg those are terriballl I don't think any amt of wearing would tame those shoes.

Haha upon reaching their house there was nothing much to do. Haha yea so anyway guess what we decided to do?

OMG. omg. omg. WILD CHILDDDDDDDD :DDDDDD Had been wanting to watch it EVERR since I knew of it. Like, one of the very few movies that I had been reaaaaaaaaaaaaally reallly wanting to watch vv much. HAHA! :) So it finally came out yesterday and since there was nothing to do and Shenny also wanted to watch it quite very much, we cabbed to GV Great World and got tics!!!!!! Haha and and we bought drinks I bought just an ice lemon tea and Shenny bought this set which had nachos and a special cup of iced lemon tea. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA the cup was so cute. Ok actually it was of this alien monster thing which looked sort of scary.

Omg, the newspaper gave Wild Child 2.5 stars out of five, but I think they have such poor taste. It was awesooome you should totally go watch it if you like chick flicks. The first part was kind of bimbotic (but the clothes were very nice) but later on the friendship parts were kinda touching..
:)))) Both of us liked the movie a lot. One of my favouritest movies!

After the movie we waited for Aunty Grace to pick us up so we walked around the mall a while.. Hmm there's nth much to see at GW. So we just went around.. to Sasa, Zara, some party shop etc. Yeahhhh. I bought a Grape lip balm. The price tag said $5.90 but when I went to pay it was only $2!!! Haha but nevertheless it felt weird (AGAIN). I don't know why all lip balms feel weird on me. -.-

YEAPPPP ate dinner at their house. (:
I like the food it's always very nice.
Haha random bt my maid can't cook fish. It's always either half-cooked or funny tasting. So I don't really eat fish at home nowadays.

Haha was helping Shen-nen pack for her trip today, then my mum called and ordered that I go home immediately to prevent disturbing them so I reluctantly had no choice. I was helping her pack okayyyy ):

I got pretty pissed at my mum last night for a few reasons.
But now I've kind of forgiven her la (:

Haha yeap so that was yesterday it was really great and fun thanks everyone who made it so great! ((:

Today. Cancelled the outing with cy. We both don't feel like going out today haha. I'm kinda lazy guess I will laze around at home today though I wanted to exercise haha :)

Monday
Went to get my jeans altered.
Went to taka with the sister and mum we ate ramen and then went to Kinokuniya where I read this book called Secrets At St. Judes (New Girl) hahah and I kinda read the whole book but skipped most of the middle. It was nice haha i like it when I finish reading a whole book, I hardly read like that nowadays.

Put up the Christmas tree at night! :D

Tuesday
Haha dressmaking lessons againnnn. Fun yoz!
Okay lah actually. Hmmm it was yesterday only but I can't seem to rmb what we did.
Oh anyway I had a good hair day yesterday haha it's irrelavent but wtv it's not everyday I have a good hair day (:

Took a bus there again. This time we weren't so stupid to take a bus to Orchard MRT then take the train to Dhoby Ghaut and from there, to Chinatown. (190 goes all the way to Chinatown, actually) But my sister wanted to eat at PS Kopitiam so we went there and I had the Indonesian Riverside BBQ rice set thing again hahaha and then we saw Shen-nen there zomgz hahah and then we went to Chinatown by bus and for our sewing lessons.

Went to people's park to buy our waistbands after class.

Today
Dressmaking again. I woke up pretty late today, around 10.30. Actually cos I forced myself to go back to sleep after waking up several times earlier this morning but wellll. Had to leave the house at eleven. I was feeling pretty much just-woke-up-not-awake kinda feelin' whilst walking out to the bus stop atlly.

Anyway we finished sewing our skirts today! :D (You may start screaming wildly tyvm (:)
Actually the teacher helped us sew the impt parts but we are gonna do it by ourselves fr e nxt one.
Anyway I still have to finish up by hemming. The skirt is pretty long and I figured I don't look so nice in long skirts so I guess I'll hem it up a bit.

Haha anyway after class we wanted something to eat so we went to Great World City and I ate a frozen yogurt and then a bun omg felt so bloated yea we went to i wanna go home! and before that, to Best Denki cos I wanted to look at the hair straighteners/ curlers.

After Great World I went home to get my stuff then went tuition it was officially my last day this year, no, EVER! Haha cos I'm changing my math tuition next year. Omggg how boring math can get - it is officially my most hated subject. At least most of the time, esp IN TUITIONNNNN OMG. It is boring shit lahz.

All these feelings driving me insane (to think of you).

Haha. Long hiatus but now I'm back.
You may all rejoice with me hehe!

Anyway, I forgot to mention this in my previous post, but GUESS WHO I SAW ON THURSDAY!!?

Lol. I was queueing up for wanton mee, at first I saw a blur figure from the corner of my eye and I thought she looked a bit like her.. but I doubted it and moved on. Then, when I went to collect the noodles, she was standing next to me and she said, "lin yi." (which is my chinese name, btw) and so I was thinking in my mind, "Ohhhh, it REALLY was her.." and I said, "Oh, hi." not really knowing what to say. She sort of stared at me (expecting me to say sth?) so I crapped a "Why are you here?" in mandarin and she was like, "Why can't I be here?" back in mandarin also and so I didn't know what else to say and went back to my friends mouthing, "OMG. I saw my chinese teacher" to them as I walked back.. lol.

HAHAHA anyway cos I blog ever so often it now feels like I haven't blogged in a year though it's only what, three days? Yea I shall try to recall what's happened over the past few days, then.

Friday
Went to Far East for lunch with Jolynn and Edith. They made me wait there for nearly 50 minutes!! All by myself! So I went around looking at the shops and got bored after a while. When they finally came, we went up to eat the chicken rice there. The price has increased again! But whatever, at least I managed to save money by just ordering chicken rice and no drinks. :)
Haha, it's Project Makan's SECOND entry! LOL. We oughtta buy a scrapbook babes :D

Anyway, took photos... I shan't put the chicken rice photos up just yet, b'causs well, I guess I will compile them in the end and maybe put up a post specially of the entire P.m? LOLSSSS they were saying we should call our scrapbook PMS (project makan special/ scrapbook).
But anyway, I will still put up some photos later. (:

After lunch we were going to go down when we saw a convention downstairs! (somehow there always happens to be this convention whenever I go eat chicken rice there). Jolynn was super high and excited lah, cos there was kueh and we all love kueh lol.
So we went to buy. (It's the same one as the one we bought during learning journey!)

Four pieces for $2. Quite cheap for good quality kuehs.
At first 4 pieces seemed A LOT, but once I started eating them it seemed too little. But I think in total it was around 600-800 cals lah.

kk so we went back and were early for angklung that day!

Went to the room (the air conditioning was nice for the FIRST time :)) and ate our kuehs. LOL we ate the 9 layer cake (what I call colourful cake) and peeled layer after layer and camwhored with each layer. Talk about childish! ;D

Haha wells it was pretty fun. Edith helped us take the photos, so the photos are with her. I might post it when I get them or you can just check her blog sometime later. Hehe we camwhored with our kueh dadars too.
I love kueh dadar! :)

Saturday
The whole family woke up pretty early so we went to East Ocean for dim sum breakfast like we do sometimes.. It was nice. I used to be too assed to go for Yum Cha but now I appreciate it more. After breakfast we went to shop at Isetan.. I used to think Isetan was boring but now I love it pretty much!

I like LOF (still considering if I should get anything from there though it's ex, it's only gna be there till Dec 31st), a light brown coloured faux leather + fur cap (forty something the parents said I couldn't buy cos I wouldn't wear it. Who knew?), a pink Guess handbag and practically the WHOLE Coach store. I esp love the wallets/ little purses/ keyrings! Well only bought a nice pair of gloves for if I go ice-skating next time, in the end. $$$!! I need money~!

Had the thought of working so I could get some money (in case you didn't know I haven't recovered from my nearly maxed out wallet + NETS yet: sad). I guess I'll have to wait for next year when I get my allowance and start scrimping and saving like nobody's business.

Anyway, we went to MANGO after that to find a pair of jeans for me and my mom for the trip/ whenever else. I wanted the grey pair at first but I ended up buying a dark blue pair in the end. My mom bought a lighter pair. We are going back to get it altered (for free) once they are washed and dry.

Went to Golden Mile to eat the steamboat J/ E recommended. The shopping mall was filled with um, old people. Didn't really like it. The chicken rice was pretty good but the hotpot ingredients weren't very fresh. Haha well for the experience. =)

Hopped over to Chinatown after that, to buy some foodstuff. I sat in the car with Daddy. Was kinda bored and car-sicky but well, we chatted.

Went to Forum to get Isabella's gifts.

Went home. It was four or five and I just slacked. I can't remember what I did.

Left the house at five thirty for Isabella's birthday party.
Haha Isabella is my cousin's daughter, which doesn't exactly make her my niece but well, we all call our cousin's children our nieces/ nephews..

When we arrived, there was nobody we knew there. And my dad went to drive my mom to somewhere so me and my sister were left alone there and we were bored. Went to the children's room where little tots were. There was a hypocritical guy who made balloon stuff (which were pretty cool but he was mean) and a woman who did body painting.
I felt seriously old amongst the pre-schoolers. They looked so small that I can't imagine I was once like them. Anyway my cousins had ordered lots of cool party stuff and it was cute and pretty. I miss old times. The little kids tend to dao us so I was bored. -.-

Welllllllll finally the cousins came and I had someone to talk to but it wasn't that exciting still. We ate dinner. There were loads of cool desserts like a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and fruits and the cutest ever gingerbread man biscuits and icing topped cupcakes and bear shaped gummies. I didn't eat anything other than one chocolate marshmallow :D

We stuck around at the kids room, I got my arm painted (so did my cousins) and we just talked and stuff. Left at 9.45. Me + Shenny missed the cake cutting but oh well. The baby had to have her rest so the party ended quite early. Ohhh she is super duper cute btw!

Hahaha then we went to eat dou jiang you tiao after that! Haha so random right.. but apparently they were talking about it just now and decided to really do it in the end. So off we went. Only my family, Aunty Grace, Shen-nen, Jay-sen and the Chars went. Haha well. Supper!! Went home and was super tired.

Today!!
Haha, okay. I just came back from a really long day.
(It's 10.23 pm, now)
What I did in the morning.. woke up pretty late for my standards.. abt 11 plus.
Was suprised and glad I could sleep till so late. (=
Haha anyway, slacked and then went for tuition at 1.30. Today is my second last lesson, yay! :D
Stayed for a little longer, until 4.10.
Then I was free! Whoopee! I think i waste a lot of time in tuition, give me 2 hours and I'll only do around 8 indices sums? Haha. But it's sec 3 A math which is like new stuff!

HAHAHA anyway.

My dad came to pick me up after that and we went home. I blogged most of the above part of this post.

Then, went out with my family again to buy a CHRISTMAS TREEEEEE! :DDDD x 213890! :D
YAY I love Christmas trees! I used to put one up every year when I was younger. Haha we bought loads of ornaments too. (:

Haha, nowadays have been going out with the fam more often. I bet you didn't know, since we were p3 or 4 till sec 1, we haven't been going out much at all! Like during weekends. We'd stay at home feeling like we're wasting time but well. Yay okay I think going out together is a great way to bond.

Hahah anyway after buying our Christmas stuff we went down to IKEA! My idea haha. Ate meatballs and fried chicken with rice and stuff. I am still freaking FULL till now. Feel so bloated and icky D:

We walked around and Ikea's stuff are so fun to look at, the way they put together the furniture is so good, such a great way to make use of the space! Unlike my room which is so not-here-not-there lol.
Anyway I have some pretty good ideas in store!

Tuesday and Wednesday

Been going for my dressmaking lessons with my sis at Chinatown... ...

I realised that there are a lot of great eating places there, a lot of the stalls have many newspaper cuttings!!
haha, I never knew that before.

On Tuesday we went to People's Park to buy cloth for the skirts we are going to make next week.
SO FUN! OMG THEY HAVE ONE MILLION CUTE PRINTS OVER THERE. HAHA. Next time if I am more into sewing I might buy some to sew.. hehe :)

Chatted with Nisha abt clothes and clutches/ bags. SO COOL. We wanna sew our own LOL! (Maybe clothes can wait)
Hmm yeah other than that lazed about at home (it's so comforatable :D) and time pretty much flew past just like that.

This morning I awoke from a nice dream. Dreams are nice, even though my dreams are always far different from reality.. ): for good ones and YAY :D for bad ones.
Hahaha. But I believe God knows what he's doing and will make everything right ultimately. So I'll just be patient and see what he has in for me!

Then, bused to Dhoby Ghaut from opp. rg. Met J and E at 12.30 (supposedly) to eat wanton mee at that place.

They're pretty darn addictive once you start eating them.

No it's not anti-climax, because this entry is going to be about FOOD!

Me, Jolynn and Edith are ALWAYS eating when we go out. I think I eat super a lot when I go out with them. Oh my, just look at today - I binged a lot! Plus, I'm the type that will put on so what I eat is really important, if I don't watch my diet I will turn into a pig!

Haha, I don't know if Edith will blog about this, but we decided sometime tdy that we shall embark on a project, a project where we will go around heartlands in Singapore sampling various famous local food.. best if we could find some place which is not well known, but like a hidden treausure; sounds cool, no?

YAY. We are going to start on Thursday. Actually no, because we went to that place we're going, before.. Now my aim is to try as many new places as possible. Yay we are going to eat steamboat one day.. at this place called golden mile haha.

HEHE. I have photos! I shall truly attempt to do a short review of today.

Started off with waking up at 6.30 and going to school at supposedly, 7.30 but i think i reached at around eight!! Everybody had their costumes and make-up done. The ICYL show started very promptly today - what a vast improvement in comparison to the long wait during rehearsal!

We watched the opening of ICYL and the principal's and the minister of education's speech.
Performed and the whole thing ended pretty early about 9 plus?
SO EARLY!

We went to PS to eat macs breakfast (macs again) after that.. yay I'm happy 'cos I love macs breakfast (that's prolly the only thing I like abt macs), but wake up too late for it, normally.
I had an egg mac muffin meal, which meant a hashbrown and tea which was piping hot and seemed to take 1000 years to cool i was dehydrated from last night till this morning I was so pissed I went off to buy suuuper expensive mineral water for $2.05. We ate and still felt hungry after that.. You know the kind where by you feel hungry right after eating, but if you give your food a while to be digested, you will feel full? Well yea we sat there for the longest time chatting (I wanted to move off and walk around but we stayed there nevertheless) and there were this group of kindergarten kids who sat at a table almost opp. us and kept staring. Then we (pretend pretend) tried to outstare them, see who wins. HAHA. but later they cry, so didn't take the risk and resumed doing what we were originally doing.

Chatted and chatted and chatted lalala then we finally left at about 12 or sth?
Went down to the food area to BUY MORE STUFF OMG HOW MUCH DO WE FRIGGIN EAT MANXZ.
Jolynn and I bought beard papa.. She bought a chocolate eclair and I, a cream puff. It was damn good but the custard felt like many calories. We went to action city and marvelled at their stuff and spent quite a long time there. Then we went to Made With Love OMG I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THAT SHOP but it is soooooo expensive.

Went to Stardust to finally buy my blue glitter eyeliner (mentioned in previous post).
Wheeee I am happy. I drew the light blu eyeliner again hahaha.
They say I'm an expert and I practise a lot but no I don't lor; STEADY HAND MAYBE? HEH HEH HEH B))

After that I don't know where else we went but sometime later we went to this Japanese place tucked in a corner of the third level to eat dessert! We had just eaten our cream puffs not long ago please

Anw we spent a long time there again (Reason we went there was half for finding a place to SIT) and took a long time to choose our orders. Also camwhored and made a lot of noise and me and Edith laughed a lot and we were said to be embarrassing to take out but who cares. The staff were staring at us like weirdos lah. Or whatever. I hope they didn't think of us too badly. Well, the restaurant was sort of empty anyway so they had to focus their attention on us, having nothing better to do.

We ordered three peach Matzukis(?) Or whatever the dessert was called - I know it starts with an 'Ma'.
When the ice creams came, Edith and I took so many pictures and refused to stop our ice creams were melting already and Jolynn was like, 'My God when will I ever get to eat this?!' HAHA and we laughed a lot haha it was soooo funneh (:

After the ice cream (like fi-nah-layee) I was SUPER bloated but Edith still wanted to eat prata/ curry/ something else i can't rmb OMGGGG. I felt super sick. The ice cream sucked in the end. I left all the jelly cubes left haha. It was a lot, because they gave a lot in the first place. When we had first started on our ice creams, we gave it a 6 and a half upon a scale of ten. After we'd finished, we gave it a five. Haha Edith's and Jolynn's bowls = 'I give the chef my compliments' and mine was supposed to be 'I give the chef many compliments' (because of the untouched jelly), but they said mine is 'I don't like your (chef's) food'. WHAAAAT I was too bloated couldn't eat anymore whattt.
Leaving a little bit of food behind supposedly means you still leave ties with him, leaving none means you break ties. Oh well I really couldn't eat the jelly. It was really fun anw though the food wasn't great.

See I told you I ate so much. Esp the cream puff + ice cream = FAT! I don't really care about what I eat, because I basically live to eat, but I feel sort of guilty for eating so much rich and sugary stuff in a day.
Therefore I am going to exercise as much as possible, heh i will TRY :)

Went to Daiso again. I bought this furry blue pencil stand which I'm going to paste stuff on (and put it on my table once I've packed it!! :)) and 12 wooden pegs with cute egg-shaped floral cloth on it. That was four bucks. Oh yay I am still going to claim $6.80 + $0.80 + $13++ on Thursday so that will make me a little richer! My Nets is fast depleting and that's quite sad.. Nets always saves the day when you're low on cash! Well I am a little bit richer now, but just a little; I was down to my last few 2o cents just now - ):

Hmm I am going to scrimp and save from today onwards and not buy anything that I want. Only neccessities. SERIOUS! I feel super broke (really!!!) so I need to save every cent I can so I will gradually return to my original amount of money that let's me feel secure. (:

Took a bus home yea. Pretty much that I wonder how I'll entertain myself tomorrow during my free time well I'm going for a dressmaking course starting tomm for eight lessons! (It's taking up all my free days making me unable to go out). Well there are only two more sessions of angklung this month and December so that's good news because that means more time (=

Fun in the sun

Winter is here!
And we all love winter clothes.
But here in Singapore we don't get to wear them: What a pity!!

Haha that was inspired by the many nice pieces of winter wear I saw just now, plus our discussion on how lovely e winter season is.
Shopping with Lois was a blast today!

Wheeeee. I felt like I was drifting about in dreamland, enjoying fine things in life.
At the very last part when I was walking to Heeren from Cine (to get fetched home), I saw the Christmas decorations and ohhh. That feeling came back rushing to me. I love Christmas!

Ahhhh. I don't think anyone who's never experienced what I have or better, will ever understand the feeling I'm talking about. Christmas was always special to me as a kid. The start of the new year too. Buying new books, bags, pencil cases, stationery.. I would never fail to contain this excitement and (shallowly, materialistic, but special) happiness everytime this time of the year came. On the way home, I spotted two Christmas trees under the warm, yellow, litted living rooms of the condo nearby, and it looked so cozy, it brought back some old times and certain feelings, and that further inspired me.

I WANT A CHRISTMAS TREE.

I ate a light breakfast and spent one hour getting ready, since there was nothing to do before leaving the house to meet lois and you never know how long I'll take on which day so I just took my own sweet time today. (p/s: that's the reason why I'm always late 3/4 of the time)
Neways after getting ready (I WILL take however long you give me, even 3 hours probably) I decided to leave the house about 10 minutes before our scheduled time. And my mum nicely obliged to driving me to taka after I asked her to. Haha and I reached there like, just on time, or maybe 3 minutes later than planned but it was still early since I waited for abt 10 minutes for Lois to come.

When she came we talked and walked, and, as usual, we walked and walked without looking where we were going and ended up making a few rounds.
At least we were talking.
Anyway, we shopped around taka. Oh.. while waiting for her I peered into the glass doors of Tiffany's and the jewellery there is bee-yoo-ti-fulll! Oh goshhh! (=
I LOVE Tiffany's! But we'll think about that in the future.

We shopped at hmm, the departmental section? We seemed to have shopped quite a bit at taka but i can't seem to remember where exactly we went.. Anyway booked an express pedi at three. It was 11.30 btw.

Went for lunch at Ajisen. Lois only ordered a plate of mayo prawns and a drink while I ordered seafood ramen and agedashi tofu (sp?) and a drink so I felt really fat. :O But she had eaten late b'fast and I was hungry! Haha nah I'm not that serious abt the fat part lah.
Anyway, we talked and caught up and I took a long time to finish my food because:
1. We talked = less time to concentrate on eating alone
2. My braces made me take a long time to chew and everything

Oh yeah, I think I've made improvement! Now I can eat more varied sorts of food even after just 3 (is it?) days of putting them on! I was supposed to eat porridge for a few days before eating solid food. But who doesn't get tired of porridge? (I only ate porridge twice)
Anyway, I think I'm digressing A LOTTT.

Oh wait I have so much to write can I digress more. Hehe :D
Yesterday was my first time trying my Canon compact photo printer! And it is so cool. Haha I am easily fascinated. The printer prints a layer of yellow, then it goes out and back in, then the same for red, and then the final time it prints it turns from red to the correct colour! Omg! I am in awe. It's so cool to see it change in just one going-in-and-out process.

KAY KAY, I shall go back to LUNCH.
After lunch we paid up.. Hmm should I count how much I spent today? (Wiped out almost my whole wallet AGAIN. Did that the past 2 times I went out with shenny :/)
Lunch was $16.25.
We went to hmm, shop again (I think) after that.

After shopping for a while at Taka, we went to Wisma.
And we shopped quite a lot there again.
Ooooh, I like wisma for shopping.. We went basically everywhere. To name some of them, we went to F21, Topshop (i looooove TS) & lol I don't know, basically just ALL the shops. It was super fun. Shopping makes me really happy when I'm with the right people; ZOMGZ I saw A LOT of nice stuff today.. (Ahhh everything is so nice ;)) but I didn't buy! After all, there will always be a never ending line of nice stuff. I can't buy them no matter how much I wish to. I wish I had more money.

ANYWAY (why do I keep digressing zz) we just shopped and talked and it was quite fun doing just that.. I love shopping with friends. And my mum, sometimes. Esp when I get to buy things I really like and she pays. Hahaha ;)))))

Anyway today seemed like a really long day, like we did many things. Hmm, long means good sometimes, for me there are a lot of times when I am enjoying myself yet the day seems much longer than normal mundane days. (eg. school days. they are the shortest)

WTF I am digressing yet again. We went to many places and it was so much fun (yes, I'm a shopaholic: I'm quite happy since it makes me happy but boo cos it sounds as if i have a problem wtf -.-). Newayy, I bought two tank tops from topshop for $38 (add it in today's cost!) and got a $10 voucher because I had accumalated more than 250 pts for my TOPSHOP membership! :D
Which gives me another reason to go back to Topshop by the end of one month because the voucher only lasts till then. I am quite stupid actually, I could have paid for one tank top, got the voucher, and then used it to pay for the other one. Anyway this purchase made me very happy because I'd been wanting to get Topshop (quality and cutting is best to me) tank tops since half a year ago but they'd always run out of sizes; Lois and I also agree that buying something when going out gives us a sense of satisfaction haha.

We are high maintainence people man. So our parents say. We saw these cute Little i (saw them many places before) mints in cute pink boxes with mirrors inside and on the covers the various designs read 'high maintence', 'spoilt rotten', etc. There were quite a few different ones. How suitable, we thought. I doubt the mints are nice though, are they?

Anyway we went to Topshop twice. Haha. Because there was a lot of time to spare before our scheduled pedis. We both tried on some stuff. But Topshop is ex. No money. Honestly I'm feeling mighty broke this holiday.
Okay, at three we walked back to Taka for our pedis.

We went to 'The Nail Place' - quite an apt name for the services they provide.
The pedi was so fun. We got to see a few sample colours the girl painted on our nails before doing the pedi. We ended up choosing a light shade of pink (not so obvious for school tomorrow shit why am I announcing this to the whole world) which has a shiny and pretty finish.
I like the way they shape, spritz, clean, whatever!

I thought about it and came to the conclusion that since I am posting more and more photos on my blog nowadays, I shall post less from now on. Esp camwhore photos. Haha. Zz. I think I am the person who posts the most photos the most frequently. Or at least among the people I know LOL

Selective of the photos I post, please. I upload new batches of photos up to 4 consecutive days sometimes when I go out pretty often, and if I take photos then. My 'My Pictures' is getting fuller and fuller and I bet my computer's memory space is fast depleting. Zomg I think the pictures I took this year is by far more than what I've taken in any other year! Maybe even those that were taken of me by my parents when I was young (we have one whole cupboard full of photo albums).

After the pedi was done, we paid up at the cashier; it was $26.75 (add on to list). Next, we walked over to cine and bought tickets for..

The movie was really nice! I liked it a lot, more so than the first :)))))

Well, before going to watch Madagascar at five, we took neoprints and then went to eat ice cream at this japanese place. Neoprints were really fun: we hadn't taken in a while, and two of six were really pretty! :D hehe but TWO of six.. some of the rest were quite/ very unglam tee hee. But I don't really care :) (Neoprints: $5.50)

Ice cream was good. Hahaha, Lois ordered a citrus sorbet and she thought it tasted really weird so she left the entire scoop except a mouthful untouched and ate up all the pocky that came with it. I had black sesame (I find it yum!) and ate everything up, oops, ice cream = fats. But nevermind. As usual, I took photos again! HAHA I think it's a bit awkward as a photographer to take photos somtimes; ppl might think you're weird. Like when doing duty, as well, standing as one extra thing in front of the hall :O

Ice cream costed $3.50 ++ with GST and all should be four plus I can't rmb exactly tho.

Oh yeah movie costed $10. How expensive.
Hotdog which I ate and which was chewy, hard to chew, and which didn't taste of very high quality, costed $5.20. These cinema snacks are seriously overpriced. Lois' medium (smallest size) popcorn was $6. A small box of potato wedges was $4.80. Not very worth it, if you ask me.

Let me tell you something quite sad: My nail polish on both of my big toes got ruined! I don't know how it happened, Lois just suddenly pointed it out and I was OMG cos it was quite seriously ruined and it was barely over an hour after I'd gotten it done: darn! I thought of re-doing it when I got home, but now I think I'm lazy so I'll just leave it be.

We went home after the movie (around 6.30): YAY I love days when we actually stay out for quite long. (: And that was when I saw the Christmas decorations and felt so nice and Christmassy and dreamy and like I was back in time and like I was overseas and like I was living a cool life of luxury and like it was really winter and ohhh. (:
ME LUBB WESTERN HOLIDAYS MUCH! :D

My family came to pick me up and then we went home and I was really inspired to draw up a list of cool stuff I wanna do the rest of this hol. Like exercising! Who wants to go with me? I shall swim/ play badminton most prob. And then all the fun fun stuff omg I'm so happy. I still have one million things on my wishlist (and counting).
Haahah, there are so many things and so many different wishlists that I can't keep track of every single thing I want and what I've already gotten!

I just came back from sec 4 farewell.

Kay, this is what happened today;
Woke up ard eightish and went to my dad's office.
Whoooooo! Ate some stuff at the canteen: rice, steamed egg and a cream bun..

At 12 noon I was at Bedok MRT waiting for Jolynn and Edith to come; they came, [I was the earliest today! =)] and then we cabbed to East Coast Park.

Went to the hawker centre to eat upon arriving. I ate dumpling soup and they ate fried hokkien mee. The uncle whom I bought my food from kept bombarding me with random questions, some of which about my braces.. like how much did it cost blah blah blah. he even asked me whether I had brought a toothbrush to brush my teeth with.. Weird lah!

Anyway, the hawker centre had a lot of insects.. well, at least a big bee which was annoying Jolynn very much.
It was freaking sweltering and the stupid weather was pissing us off. We became very squirmy and irritated.

Relief washed all over us when we finally left the hawker centre.
GREAT.
We still had some time, so we went over to the beach to do random things. We used Edith's big poncho as a picnic mat and camwhored a teeny lil' bit..
We also dabbed on some sunblock to protect us from the sun's harmful rays.
HAHA WHATEVER.

(I'm tired and I have a headache. bleah. ):)

Anyway, we decided to go meet the rest.
So we started walking.
Guess what.

WE WALKED ALL THE WAY FROM THE HAWKER CENTRE TO CARPARK C1 OPP. PARKWAY PARADE, FOR ONE WHOLE HOUR.

OMG, it was the longest walk ever manzxzz!
It was like, no matter how much you walked, you still wouldn't get past area D.
To make things worse, the sun was out at full force, forcing beads of pespiration to make their way out of our pores. There was one occasion it was so hot we had to whip out Edith's umbrella to shield us from the burning orb.

We figured OBS would be worse. Also self-comforted with thoughts like we are burning off loads of calories and losing weight.
Hmm..

The beginning of sec 4 farewell SUCKED.
After walking for what seemed like an eternity, we finallyyyyy arrived at the pavilion where everyone else was (we should have just asked the taxi to drop us at macs). The only 'warm' welcome we got was:

After that it was free and easy up till five because no one bothered to plan anything to do until night.

Me and Jolynn were so bored of sitting at the pavilion, doing nothing, that we decided to walk about.. aimlessly. At first we wanted to go rent bikes with some of the sec 4s but then there was a bit of a time constraint and we decided that going to macs would be better ;)

Haha.. we love eating you see. We are always feeling hungry and eating non-stop, like during normal ak pracs hehe. Anyway we love food so off to macs it was!

I had a fillet-o-fish!! Makes me hungry now. It's 350 calories. We've been pretty obsessed with calories recently but honestly, I don't bother.

Oh yeah I've been quite disciplined ever since I've got my braces on (which was like yesterday, so it seems like no biggie wateva -.-). I ate porridge last night and nestum this morning and basically I can't eat any hard food or drink or eat any sweets. The only sweet things I've eaten thus far are longan and grapes, but not that many, and anyway, they are fruit. Well I hope I manage to shed a pound or two by the end of my 'soft diet' HEHEH :))

Okay anyway after macs we walked along the park. We felt like homeless ppl with no goal in life walking about aimlessly in a park. So with nothing better to do, camwhoring proved the best option! (=

We found ourselves a stone 'cliff' and started camwhoring heehee.

Hmm we wanted to camwhore with the coconut trees and had already found a suitable location when we saw these 3 indian guys sitting not far away, STARING AT US WITH SUSPICIOUS SMILES ON THEIR FACES! wth!

We felt so uneasy and pissed that we immediately forgoed the coconut-camwhore plan and took our belongings and left.. to a place as far away as possible.
Decided to camwhore here instead.

haha it was a bit screwed and spastic but nevertheless it was quite funny. Mm we get bored of camwhoring quite easily so we moved to another place.
We saw this cute tree so we decided to make it our new backdrop.

We walked back to the pavilion after some time and the scenery along the coast was beautiful! I love all the cargo ships and the lovely sky and the vast seas and the whole broad landscape. hehe :)

Up till there was basically a very boring and failure-ish sec 4 farewell. Thankfully things got much better :) Esp at night :D

Hmm not wanting to mention but those perveted Indian men kept staring and smiling at us when we walked past a few times. D: Very free hor sit there and ogle at poor passers-by.

ANYWAY, by the time we returned a lot of sec 4s and Mrs Goh had arrived and then we had batch performance and all. Mrs Goh is leaving. She's retiring.
She became a grandma already, haha congratulations.
But it's sad that she's leaving cos she's been with angklung for the past 13 years already.. and she doesn't seem that old! She's very nice, caring and thoughtful towards us as well, always putting us in first position (aesthetics teachers are mostly all very nice) and ordering nice food for us and treating us nicely and not like some teachers who think students are unimportant little things ahem.

We went on a fruit diet and ate longans oh Jolynn took SO many longans hahaha well I took only five since it wasn't that easy to eat either.. Oh there was once one of my longans fell off my plate and rolled into a big hole in the middle of the rocks below where we were sitting.. and then it wasn't meant to be on purpose but Jolynn wanted to throw her longans into the hole too so we started throwing the seeds and failed miserably :O

Hmmm. Me, Jol and Shi Tian had a good, long talk about weight and our figures zomg it was damn damn damn damn funny and fun lah (:

Then, the sky'd turned dark and all and what did we do? We stood on top of the big rocks and started shouting into the sea. We shouted for about.. 10 minutes? The people nearby were looking at us weirdly, or at least that's what I heard, but did I look like I freaking cared? :D

IT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY MAN. I felt really happy and high whilst and after shouting. I love screaming my lungs out, it's such a nice feeling. It's like letting everything out and away. I feel like screaming sometimes but I'm restricted. Awhhh. Haha anw we began shouting random japanese stuff like 'moshi moshi', 'kawaii', 'sushi', 'wasabi', 'watashi wa (insert name) desu' etc. It was fun lor.
Then, we started shouting our wishes. I think we had about a trillion wishes. We wished for many things: to lose all our fats, to grow taller, GOOD GPAs, to be rich, world peace, no global warming, to be happy, healthy and many, many, other things. :)
It was so nice, no one wanted to stop. (:

Went back after eating and camwhoring and packed up and about everybody had left/ were leaving. We took pictures with our two lovely teacher i/cs!

When we asked her if we could take a photo with her, she was all 'Oh sure! *insert smiles*'
She's such a great angklung teacher i/c luh, we WILL miss you Mrs Goh! Esp when *ahem*.. batchmates should understand.

Luckily Mrs Abbas is still staying with us, if not it would be horrible!

Her children came with her today, they are so cute and really pretty too! Her twins are super dao lah, they are super cute but they dao everyone. Her daughters are very cute and more friendly than the boys. Anyway they are all SUPER CUTE AHHH :)

Edith, Jolynn and I walked to mc donalds. It was not very far nor very near. We were talking about how it isn't safe to walk by yourself at night and what you should do.
When we reached macs we said bye I went into macs to wait for my dad while they went to get a cab.

Yep! All in all today was pretty enjoyable (because of the last part!) XD
