I'm here updating :)

First up shall be the picsss from Thursday's exercise haha it was super fun! :D

What I did on Friday

Went to Arab Street, Haji Lane, Bugis Street and Raffles City with shenny!!

Many shops at Haji Lane had closed down.. how sad. The stuff there are really whimsical and quirky and not like what you'd find in normal shops.. a pity there are only a few shops left, and the prices not that cheap (eh like a pair of shoes can cost $200).. Haha not that rich to go spending on anything that I find nice.. If not I'd be spending thousands of dollars already.. Teehee :P

We decided Bugis Street was a good place for fabulous buys.. buys under $20. Shen-nen got this quite nice tunic top for $10.. And I bagged this bargain for these shoes which were super chio (to me lah) for $15.90.. it fit all my requirements some more! (i had been looking for a pair of slippers/ sandals for going out)

Raffles City was nice too.. I'd bought quite a lot of stuff by the time we got there (guilty for spending so much again! 'Cause, I had spent quite a lot last week!) I had bought a pair of flats/ pumps medium priced at Haji Lane, they were really quite nice but not that cheap and they gave me blisters after a short while of walking! (I never learn my lesson, hope they will turn okay after a bit of wearing), those shoes I was talking 'boutt, a nice jacket and pants set thing.. not that cheap, but was really quite nice as the hood part looked fairly nice, the cutting haha.. why are my sentences run on btw.. Well, I also bought this pink spaghetti rope straps top (i thought the straps were v. cute!!) but it wasn't that nice in the end when I tried it out at home.. after all, they hadn't allowed us to try in the shop. Okay, so that was a fair bit of money spent heee :) And I'd promised not to spend so much for the next month or so. Anyway, felt a bit guilty (and I am still feeling till now) so I swore I wouldn't buy anything else. For like as long as possible. And I didn't. So far. Two days. Hahahahaha I sound like I have a problem D: anyway I was able to resist that cute Topshop hoodie, so I should be fine (:

OMG, River Island has 100000 cute bags! I tried on this pair of fuschia pink stillettos (sp?) lined with ruffles and diamantes on the ruffles, and it was major chio (looked a gentler ver. of gladiators) but it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to walk in those.
I like the chain link bag looks a bit like a Chanel 2.55 but a version for ppl who aren't that rich yet to buy.. haha.
But I. AM. NOT. BUYING. IT. A chance to practise self-control and self-discipline and resilience (what does it exactly mean?)

Anyway, we went to eat crepe at Out Of The Pan (or something like that) downstairs, next to the water fountain.. Actually, Shen-nen ordered a Mocha and I, an earl grey tea, iced, which tasted like it had a jug of syrup poured and stirred in.. :/
Nevertheless, it tasted good. But I can imagine how much syrup they'd put because when they let you add it yourself, I add quite a lot and it's still wayyy less sweet than my earl grey was so can you imagine how MUCH syrup they put :O ..FATTENING!

I wanted a savoury crepe, but after all the shopping I was low on cash and the crepes on the normal menu were like $15 ++ and I was going to have dinner soon after anyway so I remembered they had cheaper mini crepes (6 bucks) so i decided to buy it. But that was only for takeaway. Couldn't eat in.. LOL so I ordered a mini crepe and got it in a plastic bag and only ate it after we finished our drinks.. rofl.

We took a long time to finish our drinks, camwhored a bit and then went to the supermarket where we met Auntie Grace (nen's mum) and she sent me home. (:

In the morning I painted one nail.. on my own!
Quite like the results yay.. (:
It's like gold-glittery bits on a deeper shade of light blue, then gradually a lighter glittery blue and then lastly, clear at the bottom. I also stuck on this silver heart nail-sticker thing.




I only did one as there wasn't that much time to do everything and lazy.. also had to go school the next morning.

At bugis food court where we had our lunch.. (Oh, we were soooo hungry! I was feeling faint before eating cos I only had a kaya sandwich for brek and we had walked quite a lot before having lunchhh)




At some random shop's mirror.. I wanted to camwhore at a few shop's mirrors but decided it was rather weird..

Oh yeah I missed out on some parts earlier on.
We took neoprints at bugis's neoprint place! Omg! It has been about a year since we last took together! haha.. cos after a while neoprints seem like a waste of money. But we only spent $10 (split into 2) so I guess it was all right.
Omg the neoprints were so candid and so unprepared (very little time was given) it was super hilarious and fun! One of the funnest neoprints I've ever taken, esp since it's been a long hiatus since I last took and therefore neoprints have sort of regained their refreshing side and fun-ness. Haha (:

Okay. So that was yesterday; today I went out with the cousins again! Before that, I had angklung in the morning..
And I was.. uh, one hour late, psps.
I felt very embarrassed because the last practice (on Thursday) I had been like half and hour or so, late also.. hehe so it's like twice in a row.
But it wasn't exactly completely my fault.. no one had waken me up okay! And I thought someone was going to.. When I woke up this morning.. I was thinking to myself.. 'Eh why so bright.. hope I'm not late..' And then the next thing I saw it was 8.35!! And angklung was supposed to start at 8 am sharp.. heheh.. oops.

By the time I reached school it was 9, exactly. And then went to the angklung room to get my aks and went down and very paiseh lah. But they were very nice about it. :)

We played nice songs today!
I must really come earlier to chop nice angklungs next time hahah.

Yup..

Went home, bathed, waited for cuzzies to come, they came, played wii, was a little bored, got dressed, went out.
We went to far east..
Ate Carls Jr. there.. Beef Chili Cheese fries.
Before that we went to 7 eleven to buy gulps.. shared 2 boxes of fries among 6 ppl.

The fries.. they look quite gross here, not very photogenic!


Went to Plaza Sing after that.. went Spotlight to buy knitting stuff and we supposedly spent 1 hour plus there although it didn't seem like such a long time.
And then we headed down to saybons to buy banana chocolate crepes..
LOL crepes AGAIN. We all bought banana crepes except for my sis who bought mushroom cheese.. oh and we all asked for no peanuts! Cooliozzzz!

This proves I wasn't trying to steal their secret recipe (not that secret anyway, since they openly cooked it) haha! (inside thing..)

Went home after that; Uncle Andy sent us.. squeezed 6 of us kids in one five seater car.. not forgetting Uncle Andy himself..
It was super squashy, five of us were squashing at the back and my legs were squashed quite badly, in a SUPER awkward position.. literally.

When we got home Ryan played wii and the girls basically did nothing much.. we went to my sister's room to listen to the High School Musical 3 soundtrack for fun.. and sang to the lyrics.

Yeah that's pretty muchhh, we attemted following a Youtube video with the intention of knitting our first knit-wear/ whatever you call it, however, being the first time, it wasn't that successful and I kinda got distracted quite quickly.
BUT, we are going to continue tomorrow. Haha.
